Costco - FETA crumbles are not FETA cheese.
Love sprinkling these on salads. UNFORTUNATELY, the label says this is feta cheese. Feta cheese is, by definition, made from not more than 30% goat cheese and the rest sheep's milk cheese. THIS PRODUCT IS MADE FROM COW'S MILK. TOTALLY not feta cheese. Why is it marketed as such?
For those of you who are allergic to cow's milk and products made from it, you could inadvertently eat this product assuming it is indeed FETA cheese.
And don't get me started on the awful Galbani mozzarella which is more of a rubber-like substance which cannot be chewed, which, once swallowed, can be pulled back up by the remaining string. DISGUSTING.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
