Workplace harassment

Hello I was harassed by members of the Coeurdalene Costco in Idaho. I was working for instacart filling an order when one employee started following me and harassing me making it impossible to do my job while he was talking and he wouldn't stop.

He kept following me around talking trash in my ear. I was so frustrated I had to just finish the order without being able to find all the items the customer ordered and a little while later I got an email saying I was banned from working at Costco locations.

I'm going to sue you for workplace harassment if you don't make this right. In Idaho it is illegal to harass any worker while they are trying to work, especially when the harassment didn't stop and he kept following me around making it impossible to do my job instead of just help me locate the items.

Preferred solution: I was banned from working there unjustly and lost thousands in potential income. I want compensation for my lost income.

Hi. I purchased 6 pounds of ground beef yesterday 12/29/23.

It was $25.10. When I opened it up the ground beef was spoiled and brown. I try to cut the brown pieces out but all underneath the top layer was spoiled.

I was hoping that I could get a refund. The packaging was deceiving because the top layer looked fine, but it was brown all underneath.

Unprofessional, rude service by Ewa Sherpa’s in the hearing dept

I requested a specific-sized cap for my hearing device, which I was leaving for cleaning. I was informed and did have to make an appointment for this service.

Ewa Serpas told me loudly that this was not allowed. She continued to shout that it would have to be noted in the computer. Okay, put it in the computer, but don't make another appointment. I left them; they were not cleaned, no new batteries were provided.

She is a nasty person. I was unable to take a photo because it's not working.

Costco is a Horrible company, they staff stupid, ignorant, self-righteous people with any accountability from their conduct and verbally abusive people with very bad attitudes. I spoke with a Marco at the Schaumburg IL location and when I had inquired about my application, and how had several time s every year without any response, He stated, We know hire *** like you didn't you ever think about that, ha ha ha.

better luck next time moron!I tried at Lake Zurich IL and they scheduled a few interviews which they canceled at the last hour and the store manager- Adam scheduled an appointment with me during his vacation and when i came in they said to go home and when I was contacted again and met Adam and his in his broken English that I am stupid for scheduling an interview during his time off..... when actually made the appointment.

Now you understand the basis of my experience. .

I have a complaint to file regarding a banned statues that was placed on me. I had been applying for employment with Costco and have applied more than 87 times throughout the past 5 years and received no answer.

Last week I walked my local Costco and was told that I have been banned from the store for a violation, theft? in 12/2014. For the record I have never stolen anything from Costco and I recall that I was grabbed by security and falsely accused.
I asked what did I steal? and show me the proof, they did not produce any evidence of this claim and after 20-30 minutes security through a package of underwear...

They snapped a photo without my consent and I remember they made me sign a statement, which I stated, I NEVER STOLE ANYTHING and they laughed and mocked me. I was a paid member for many years with Costco, have been since the store opened and have been a great customer, spent thousands of dollars and all of sudden, I am accused of stealing ? Security said, Too bad !
Sincere then I have been banned for something I didn't do and I no recollection of being banned.

Please intervene and remove the ban, and let me become a member once again.
Regardless of what these liars have claimed and I have been falsely accused I think there has been sufficient time to life the ban and start fresh. There is no reason to continue to punishing me and which Costco has for 10 years.

I don't understand why you still want to be a customer of costco even try to work for them if you dislike them so much. If it is true.

What you have posted about them. I wouldn't have anything to do with them.

You have applied 80 something times? Costco's employees are not rude and they wouldn't lie about you stealing.

I agree with you on your comment about not wanting to be a customer of Costco anymore especially with what has happened to you! What I don’t understand is why the police were not called in the first place.

Could it be that they didn’t have enough evidence to charge him? If that’s the case, he never should’ve been banned. Suspicion is not evidence. I don’t agree with your statement that Costco employees aren’t rude.

Some are, not all of them, those who are, are so, if they think they are right! You don’t know what happened at the time of the incident. You don’t know if the Security Guards were rude, you weren’t there. You don’t know if he stole anything or if he was caught stealing, again you weren’t there.

Then there is the evidence, matter. How could you be so naïve as to think that it wasn’t a trumped up charge and a mistake made by the Security Guards. It wouldn’t surprise me if they had made a mistake and falsely accused him, and then tried to cover their tracks.

People do it all the all the time, especially if they think they are going to suffer severe consequences. Just saying…

Tire Rotation

Appointment for my truck to rotate my tires at the recommended mileage.

Mentioned to the sales person to please have the technician adjust tire pressures to the manufacturers specifications of 60 psi for the front tires, and 80 psi for the rear. After driving home 3 miles into the trip, my low tire pressure monitoring system lit up showing roughly 57+61 psi in the tear tires 79+81 psi for the front.

Opposites of what I asked for specifically.

10 miles to home and I physically checked with my gauge each tire. All were as noted above. Called Costco and complained that this happens every time I go there with my truck.

This morning had to correct each tire as outlined my the manufacturer. Tried looking up complaints through Costco but there doesnt seem to be a link for that.

Consumer beware at this Flemington NJ store.

You might want to check the sidewalls of your tires to know the Maximum Inflation PSI pressure of your tires inflation. On many vehicles, 32-34 psi will work well, provide some cushion and not scuff or wear out the inner & outer tread prematurely.

My spouse likes to have more PSI such as: 38 to 42 psi in her Acura vehicle as her example.

If you put 60 or 70 PSI into your tires and they blow (explode) near your face and throat, that could end your ability to thrive. Wear Kevlar and Eye Protection in your case when you get near 50 PSI, Good Luck

My guess is they check the air prior to rotating them, whereas they should be checking after they rotate.

Bad costumer’s service

I went to Costco and ordered a pizza, and was 10 minutes late to pick up my order (from a 40 minute waiting period) and was asked to wait another 30-40 minutes due to being late those 10 minutes because of a 300 dollar Costco grocery trip. I was completely okay with receiving a cold pizza and made that clear to the workers but they refused and demanded I wait extra even when there were other visible cold pizzas laying around.

After that I went inside to ask for customer service seeing as this wasnt my first time having issues with the food court pizza workers, and went to the item return center to ask for help.

While I was there (because I wasnt aware of where else to go for help) the woman at the front desk despite seeing me visibly angry was very rude, laughed in my face, and ridiculed me to other workers at the return center for not being at the right place to complain and ask for help. I feel very disrespected and disappointed as a loyal 10 year Costco customer.

Complaint about person work in costco

On 07/30/2024 I was on the line for more the 45min. When I was reaching the line the casher her name is MELODY work in store # 243 she call 2 person with 2 shopping carrs full of groceries ,when I ask her why she did that Melidy get out of control screaming like crazy for No reason .after I pass my shopping she was taking to the others costumer stated I was crazy the people.was old and they can't Not be making so long lines Iam.a Nurse and I wor very hard the all day stand up and walk back and forth. Why I have to go through the attitude of one of your employees.she need to be training how to deal with different people,culture, religions ,sexusual orientation and be respectful.use a proper manners and language.

Recent return at store.

Recently, I returned a fan to my local Costco. I purchased the fan online the week before.

The fan didn't work very well and wouldn't connect to my Wi-Fi. Customer service scanned my fan and then my Costco card. I was asked no questions. I volunteered the reason for the return.

Customer service said my return would be 26.00 something and would I like store credit or? I don't recall the second option. I stopped her right there and said that's not what I paid. I paid 47.00 something.

She said you used a coupon. I said no, I did not. I said, do you want me to look up my order on my phone. She asked to rescan my Costco card.

Then came up with correct price at the same time I found on my phone.

This incident really concerned me. Wasn't what I paid, and how, displayed when my card was scanned???

Had this happened to me before, and I just wasn't paying close enough attention. Do they routinely do this to their customers???

Not receiving Costco Rewards

A Costco customer service employee in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin refused to look up my Costco rewards when I told her I lost my check. Eventually, she looked me up and found that my check was not cashed.

She refused to print me another. She is now refusing to mail me a copy of my rewards check.

I don't know what else to do. She is blocking me from accessing my agreed upon rewards.

Primo water complaint

I have been a Costco customer for over 15 years and a Costco Water Delivery customer for 10 or more. I recently found out that I was being charged for bottle deposits since 2017 and I've been trying to get this resolved for several months directly with Primo to no avail.

I am extremely frustrated and would like some assistance. Please call me with guidance.
