No, it does not need to be fixed. What you were requesting is rightly against their policy and it's reasonable.

You are saying they need to change the policy just for you. I'm glad they did that, it makes me feel more secure.

Las atenciones pesimas y no le importa nada a nadie si pierden clientes ni nada los trabajadores del costco de la 441 pesima actitud tenia una compra de mas de 400 dolares y la cancelaron porq como decia no le importa nada me pregunto si el dueño comparte la misma idea de perder clientes y dinero asi .lo q paso fue q fui *** mi mujer y su hermano y al momento de pagar mi cuñado quiso regalarle el dinero de la compra a mi mujer *** su tarjeta de (debito) no de credito no cheque nada o sea es igual q cash el titular de la membresia presente y el titular de la targeta de debito presente.le dio su id al igual q mi mujer o sea hermanos y muy fria la cajera dijo no se puede preguntamos porq si es debito y respondio no se *** mala actitud llamamos al servicio al cliente y nos dijo q si se podia q era igual q cash aparte el miembro estaba presente .le explicamos a la persona q eataba a cargo y no le importo nada le dijimos y dijo si no les gusta canselen su membresia lo cual isimos *** mucho gusto ya q son orribles los tratos en sams no existe eso te tratan bien y *** umildad gracias por leer

Costco in Nampa, Idaho - Product quality declined

Kleenex tissues became so thin and I measured the old ones and compared them to the new ones: much smaller too. (I now buy generic brands at Wal-Mart.) Bio-silk got almost as thin as water. I stopped buying it anywhere and invented a better produce with cheaper generic hair gloss. Jack's Salsa has become cumin flavored water. Won't buy it again. Kirkland Conditioner used to sell you two bottles for the price of one now, and the fragrance is so amped up I can barely stand to smell my hair. Can't afford the ridiculous price of raw almonds and gourmet coffee any more. I get the brands that occasionally go on sale.

Today I shopped at costco at East 117th st in NYC . On the way out while waiting to get in my car. The employee in charge of getting all shopping carts together hit me with the entire rack of them . He apologizes then says "you shouldnt of been there to begin with "! He then starts to gossip to the other employee about me so i simply asked it there was a problem ? He began to use foul language and gang related terms like "i am a rasta" "you dont want it " antagonized me asking "are you scared"! He raised he hands to physically assult me so i began to go back in the store to call for help . He walked away . This is despicable service . The level of disrespect and Poor customer service . Totally agreed . Dealt with a "manager" named Kara.

She does not understand the return policy and needs to be retrained. Not sure how she is a manager ??? Must have slipped through the cracks. How do you not understand the simple clearly laid out policy!

She was marching around making a scene at the front area like it was her own money that was being refunded. I just don't get it?!

Costco in Chatsworth, California - Ordered Pizza @1151.am.Waited till 12.20

First of all the only one Pizza blade, is used, to cut All items. There should be separate cutting blade for the Vegan Pizza. You need to understand there is difference there for using the same for all Pizza. Secondly I placed order for Pizza @ 11.51 am and was told to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes wait another 45 minutes, Total time wasted, standing 1 hour 05 minutes ! Wow what a service. Each order is assigned a #. Then at least either have some chairs, or speak out the # for order so that customers wait @ their seats instead of crowding near the pick up counter.

Costco treat any doubted person as shoppinglifer

Costco Santa Clara clerks are horrible attitude! They search you all the times in check out area and ask for stopping to check baby stroller , backpack. Last time I was asking if I had brought a products before during checkout, they simply thought I intended to shoplifting and cancel my membership. I asked why and they force me to sign on agreement paper I simply declined! Now I shop in Wal-Mart. I like Costco but not the Santa Clara, California site! The manager Tiffany is fierce and horrible to handle customer relationship, she just simply believes his employee's judgment and banned out any customer they doubt or don't like ! Unfair practice! I believe the shopping lift "catching" in Costco is too easy to hit, you did not shoplift anything but could be doubted and your membership could be cancelled, be careful next time when shop and talk in Costco Santa Clara!
