More and more items being offered that are organic, such a con. Sends prices out of reasonable range. Found Sam's Club had Special K Cereal with Strawberries for $1.09 less than Costco. Only Free range eggs, another con, sends prices out of range. You don't give customers a choice. Costcos ideology and progressive slant is holding customer pricing and it's wholesale label hostage. More and more good long standing customers are leaving. Wake up Costco, your political influence has no place in retail.

Rude sample provider

Asked for a sample of honey today. The sampler had one sample container filled but said I needed to wait until he filled out six before he can out in the tray. He was taking a long time since the honey is thick and sticky. No one else was waiting, he could have given me the one he had filled but chose to have me wait in humiliation. Needless to say I didn’t wait and if course didn’t buy!

Ordering from Costco.com has been the worst online ordering experience I have EVER had with any company...ever! They don't ship when they say they will, and for one little order I recently placed, for a nursing pillow for my sister, I have had to call no less than 7 times, waiting on hold for no less than 40 minutes, and up to 80+ minutes to get an agent each time, only to be told they didn't know why it hadn't shipped after 12 days. When out of frustration I decided to cancel it, I was told by the agent that it had been cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email in a couple days. I went to Amazon and got a pillow, cheaper, that shipped in two days for free. Then, instead of a cancellation confirmation, I got an email stating it had shipped!!!! Back on the line to Costco.com, with 80 min. hold, only to be told there was nothing they could do and my sister (who has a newborn baby now) would have to ship it back. I am beyond frustrated, but have learned my lesson...I will NEVER again order anything from Costco.com. Stick with Amazon if you want any kind of reliability and better customer service. Too bad, Costco...

Unripe Frozen Mango

The frozen mango is often not fully ripe. Over the past several months the store has carried three different growers. Of the three only one, Sunshine Growers has had ripe, sweet mango. the other brands have been returned for refund. Come on guys how about product quality rather than the cheapest supplier. {{Redacted}}

For a time, Costco was the "go to" place for me. Yet NOW, after numerous unanswered complaints to them concerning items they refuse stock anymore : I am about to drop my membership with them. I have patronized Costco for better than 20 years now. But if they no longer offer those few items I found justified the cost of my membership with them, then it's Adios time. Bring back the gallon sized jugs of Simple Green... The six packs of frozen orange juice concentrate in the cans that would make a gallon each, and perhaps I'll reconsider.

COSTCO/GE DISHWASHER FLOODED MY HOME

DO NOT BUY A DISHWASHER FROM COSTCO! Here's how it works: Costco takes your money, sends the order to GE, GE sends the dishwasher to a freight forwarder, the freight forwarder hires an independent installer. So you have four links in the chain before anything goes wrong. AND BOY DID IT GO WRONG!! The dishwasher flooded my home on the first use, soaking through the kitchen floor and through the finished basement ceiling below. The GE technician said the sump seal was dislodged and the frame was bent. So where does the fault land? No one will claim responsibility. Costco says THEY CANNOT BE INVOLVED. Really? Costco took my money and didn't give any indication that they wouldn't stand behind the purchase or installation. GE says to deal with their third party insurer, Sedgewick. Sedgewick said it was the installers fault as he "must have damaged it". GE/Sedgewick now won't return my calls. The freight forwarder, XPO, says I have to deal with the installer's insurance. I have contacted the installer's insurance but they say the installer says that he did not damage it (of course). So I am left with $10,000 in damage for a $500 dishwasher that has been returned. Do not buy from Costco - their customer service is good if your bag of chips is stale but if you have real problems, they "cannot be involved". Perhaps my story can save even one person from experiencing the nightmare I am in.

I wish I never took advantage of a black friday appliance deal with Costco. I bout 4 appliances and the refrigerator was the ONLY one what was not working. I was told I have to wait 8 WEEKS for a new one. They took my old one. Every time I call I have to wait 64-78 minutes on hold. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. This was a bad bad bad experience. Costco does some things well. THIS is NOT one of them. Run and run fast. This has been nothing but a long drawn out nightmare. I would not recommend this option to buy appliances. When something goes wrong, you have no options but to wait.

Ice Mountain Sparkling Water

On 1/10/18 I purchased Ice Mountain Sparking Water (2 cases) at my local Cosco. 24 bottles with 4 flavors.

This is by far the worse product I have ever gotten from Costco and do not feel it is any where near their high standards! I will never buy this product again....it had very little flavor and not a lot of bubbles, also left a bit of an after taste. I had some packets of crystal light at home and have resorted to putting that in my bottles in order to drink them!

I've enjoyed several bottles of iced mountain sparkling water, both flavored and not. Not everyone feels the same of course.

The flavored one is light on flavor however that's what I like. I'm happy to enjoy this product as I do not enjoy regular water and non of the products with artificial sweeteners. As long as I find it safe to drink, I will continue to do so.

Lots of bubbles,no after taste,inexpensive. To each their own I guess.

I happen to love this product but cannot always find. It has just enough flavor, a bit sparkling and not sweet.

A great compromise between plain water, which I sometimes get tired of and soda, which is all sugar. Don't see why Costco should pull it, you have the choice of purchasing other products.

Nestle (who owns ice Mountain) Is rebranding and repackaging the sparking waters. New bottles.

New sizes. More flavors. And offering in cans also.

I am not very happy about the new bottle design. I live and die for this bottled water

Unfair business practice

I returned a twin size mattress that I had purchase roughly 3 years ago because the springs were bad. On the same day I exchanged for the another twin size mattress.

I didn't have a receipt, the cashier stated I had paid 149.99 at the original time of purchase and I went along with what she said. I am assuming a coupon may have applied at that time. Today's purchase price is 219.99. $70 dollars more.

I asked the manager to honor my original price since this is an exact exchange on the same day and he declined. I paid the additional money and went on my way. On this day I spent almost 700 dollars in your store. Annually I spend allot money at your store.

I have been with you for a long time. I didn't appreciate what happened today.

Costco tire shop utterly worse

Costco is membership store. Went early in the morning to drop of my car for tire replacement. All I needed is to drop off the key and go to my day job. There were 2 counters. Only one person at the counter and he was taking his sweet time to service the customers. Can't blame him for the delay. There were only 3 people ahead of me. The manager came by 3 times to pick something from the desk never bothered to see how long people were waiting. Can't those COSTCO people put more people at the counter to service the customers especially in the morning hours since the customers need to go to work. More people til 7AM to 10AM so people can go to their job. I lost $100 in my salary for the delay to save $70 on tire prices. I will Never Never Never Never go to Costco for tires.

Pay for membership where's the deals

$60 for the minimum membership prices are sky-high more so than stores without memberships people rush in there like they're getting something for free it's a horrible experience. Rude fellow customers everywhere I'm nauseous by the time I leave really makes me have a low opinion of my fellow man.

They all believe they're getting a good deal, try to get out of there with less than a hundred bucks good luck. I only reason I go is my wife drags me there Costco's a joke

The only place that I have found rude customers was next door to Microsoft's campus. I usually spend between 3 and 5 hundred, and your comment about high prices is not true. They will refund your membership, but the divorce might be too costly.

Extended warrantee for laptop

Expensive laptop computer died year 2. I tried to return it through my Costco Concierge warranty.

Unbelievably difficult to get a straight answer...hours on the phone, no email to documentation what their representatives say so every time you call back they can say sorry no information. Finally (4 hrs on the phone) got a prepaid return shipment box. I suspect they will say the computer was damaged and voice the warranty Not worth the time...next time buy a cheap laptop from someone else and don't place any confidence in their warranty. Ever try to find something in their stores?

Was told the purposely move things to different locations to get you to go up and down more isles. Plan to cancel my costco membership too...$50 per year for long lines, no customer service

What I know about Costco-Innovel Solutions based - Bad experience

Like many of you, I also have a bad experience (with a refund in-progress) with the purchase of a Samsung Washer-Gas Dryer combo at costco.com. What I learned is: I didn't purchase those appliances at the regular Costco warehouse; I did it at costco.com which is "acting" like an "eCommerce platform" for Samsung to sell their product (probably leveraging the good Costco reputation and large number of loyal members).

The problem is: If you have any problem with the tracking, shipping, delivery, installation, claim, etc. you will go to costo.com, but the one who will be handling your concerns is...Innovel Solutions...on behalf of Samsung !!!! So, please remember: costo.com is the "platform facilitators" for Samsung, via Innovel solutions, also for the install. That's another important episode.

With all the bad experience on the shipping paperword, the last thing that I wanted was them being installing my Gas Dryer...too risky. Conclusion: I will never buy again an Appliance at Costco.com; but definitely I will keep buying at the Costco warehouses.

I am on hold for a manager at Innovel for the same reason - total cluster. And how can Costco not see how this is hurting THEM.

If they can't manage their installs and shipping, etc. then they should not be putting their name on the services (costco.com).

i am having the exact same problems with Innovel - horrible people, horrible company. Claimed there was a leak at the washer water hookup inlet so that needed to be fixed first.

I called a plumber - and it turns out there is no leak.

Call back Innovel and they will take a week to reschedule installation. I am going to return the damn product.

We went to Costco and the restaurant got rid of polish dogs and very berry sundae . We are starting a boycott because it was my disabled daughters favorite. They replaced it with a item that cost $4.99 blueberry and granola . B.S. not cool

no claimed loss, no illness/legitimate concern - perhaps the item was not selling well?

Is it feasible to sell polish sausages if they are throwing a majority of them out after not selling through them?

One of the stranger PC reviews I have seen.
