Milk goes bad before Sell by date!!

I have similar experience and it has happened 34 times already. I think I am going to start getting milk from local groceries too. No point in getting more gallons that I am throwing away eventually.

Online customer service

I bought this refrigerator on Costco online and picked the date for delivery, but on the date of delivery was no call no show, we wait for them all day. 3 days later we have call for delivery and 5 minutes the truck is on front, we buy new refrigerator but the items came in was damaged or used. I called and Email Costco customers service they said they don't know that GE problem, i d like to return and refund, they told me the truck we call for pickup with in a week, I ask which company carrier, Costco customer service said they don't know, we paid the item and paid Costco membership to earn this service? I ask Costco customers service to contact the carrier than let us know the scheduled of pickup, they said , we wait a week if the carrier doesn't call than we let them know that all they can do. We concerns for our safely when buy Costco online they was no tracking number no schedule of delivery and don't know who is carrier. Danger

Costco - Meat Lasagna leaking

Today, I purchased Kirkland brand meat lasagna with best before date of August 04, 2017 and by the time I got home, it was leaking...not sure how it was leaking when the meaty, watery sauce was everywhere. It was all over my floor and clothes, shoes (not just my shoes but my daughter's also who was helping me), car mat, and other food items I was trying to put away.

I have never had such an experience buying anything from Costco and I have been a Costco shopper for years.

It was by far the most stressful grocery trip I have ever had. Don't even want to go into cleaning the mess.

Preferred solution: Lasagna was only 13.50 but the compensation should include 150.00 for the value of other shoes I had to throw out and cleanup time and stress & anxiety it has caused me.

I get Kirkland Costco lasagna often.

Since I happen to have some in my freezer I checked it out.

From my inspection I could see no possible way for a FROZEN pizza to leak. Best of luck buying a freezer.

Cheat us at the cash register

I bought 2 products(haven't check all of my purchases or know that the price shown at the rack was different than what I was charged at the cash register). I know I was charged $1.79 for bananas when I know for a fact they were advertised on the floor as $1.37 (which I noted as a great price).

Likewise, and because good oranges are very difficult to find and I know the prices- I found oranges that were advertised on the floor as $5.99; however, I was charged %9.99 at the register. I live 30 some miles from the Costco in Wilmington, NC, so I'd burn the price of gas to make the return and ONLY after going back, taking pictures of the advertised prices on the floor, put up with long lines to wait for customer service and ONLY receive $4.00 + change in the end.

Unapproval charge from costco lead to citi bank large bill and possible debt collection

A year ago, I let costco membership expired. I did not pay the membership fee and did not go to costco from then.

My info: Weiguo Xiang 1695 Parkline Dr., apt 25, Pittsburgh, PA My costco card has been thrown away long ago, so I do know info. However, Costco renewed my membership without my approval, and put the charge on a "Citi bank card". I never applied Citi bank card, and never granted Costco to apply one for me. Of course, I never received "Citi bank card", and never activated or used it.

Now Citi debt collector called that I owe them a sum of money (membership and delay fee) and subject to collect. I called Citi, and they kicked the ball back to Costco.

Would you guys right the wrongs. Please E-mail back or call at 412-757-****.

It is pretty easy to change or cancel your membership. Simply go to the Customer Service counter at the closest Costco and give them your card and say you want to cancel....

So did you physically go to the Customer Service counter at the Costco you used to go to and do this?

Eyeglasses Nightmare

I've had an ongoing 4 month nightmare with my eveglasses with the Costco in Littleton on Quincy. First problem with Costco...ever. Been a member since '86 in san Diego. First my glasses came back with the right lense opaque. You couldn't see out of it. The woman in charge lied to my face and told me that it was the perscription. I had just had a very good experience and got a perfectly good perscription earlier that day. She simple blew it and didnt have the intergrity to admit it. So she sent them back, and I asked if there was anyway to expidite the transaction because of the time factor and the inconvenience. You should have seen the smirk on her face when I asked this as if to say...(i'll show you expidite). Three weeks later, I stopped by to see if my glasses were ready yet. The man who I spoke to said. Oh yeah...they came in a couple of days ago. On the way home, I got a phone call from Costco telling me my glasses were ready. After a month or so, I have still not been able to adjust to my new glasses. I took them to my Dr. who gave me the exam. He put them through a very sophisticated machine and showed me wha the probelm was. The distance perscription (which the woman mesured at Costco) was way off. It was at the top of the lense instead of at my pupil, making it had for me adjust between near and far. So...once again I will have to take my glasses back, for (God knows how long) to have them readjusted. I will take them to another Costco so I don't have to deal with this inept woman. I intend to get a hold of the store manager or whoever is responsible for this "out of place" employee. This has been an absolute nightmare, and has affeccted my job and my driving significantly.

Costco Wholesale may be reputable for having good prices and practically everything you would need, but their online services are incredibly lacking. I was looking for a decent laptop for college, and it seems like Costco had my answer.

A nice HP laptop, with some pretty decent specs. And it was on sale too! So, I went ahead and placed an order. At the time of this writing, it's been 2 weeks.

A VERY abnormally long time to wait for just a laptop. But here's the kicker: the order was actually canceled, I just received an email today about it. The reason for cancellation: out of stock. Hang the *** on there, Costco?

Out of stock? I don't know about anyone else, but when I place an order for anything, and even get a confirmation email about said order being received, I fully expect whatever company I just bought from to have enough of an item to fulfill my order. What's more, is that I even received an email notifying me that my laptop was "in process" of being shipped. So what the *** happened, Costco?

It really does suck, because the deal's gone, and there aren't any similar laptops for such a low price as I originally ordered.

I'm stuck with a very outdated laptop for college. You're *** up real hard, Costco.

ANOTHER meat product with E.COli bacteria!!!

This is the third product I got from Costco, CT 779 Connecticut Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854 that is contaminated by E.Coli bacteria! Last time my husband ate the sliced turkey (without realizing the funky smell) and got to the emergency room. He had severe stomach pain, high fever, body chills and headache. I filed the complaint with the manager and keep waiting for the 2nd week that someone is going to get in touch with me. Luckily, I saved a few sliced and paid for the lab tests to run my own results in case if Costco will be saying that product was fresh. And as you may think- results came back positive, turkey had E.coli! Still waiting. This time, I am so pissed that I am having my attorney to file a lawsuit. ENOUGH!! What if the baby would’ve eat that product??? Video of another item (please note , not expired by the date) I got this week attached. This must stop. gh87777iuyhgy

Strange, Costco is more careful with their meat, fish, poultry products than any other store I have visited. Out West might be different. I think this is a bogus report.

No I don't think it's a bogus report! I also got sliced meat fron Costco recently I had throw it away.

I was too busy to return it anyway.

But no one from my family ate it, so I guess it's different.

I posted a review a couple days ago on Costco re a Samsung TV. I can't seem to get in to update my original review. I finally got disgusted waiting for service from Costco Concierge and took TV back to Costco. Kudos to Patty, the Lake Elsinore, Ca manager for her help. She took TV back and replaced with a like product.

Be aware at Costco checkout

This is second time I have bean cheated at Costco checkout, this time is dbl taxes they charge me once with tax Then they didact the saving coupon then they added the tax again unfortunately after a long wait in line for checkout you just want to live quickly but do yourself a favor check recipe befor you go ill do it now for sure, I mean it small money 13$ So I want go back till next time which probebly that’s wat they want small money little bit from me or you for them it acumilates for me being cheated again

You do realize they print their tax on the receipt twice (one on the bottom one on the top.) All items in the warehouse are taxed on the full value of the item (even with the instant rebates, unless otherwise noted). I'm not sure where your confusion of being "double taxed" comes from, because, as we all know, tax accounts get this super weird thing done to them called being "audited."

Costco Concierge is misnamed

Just spent over an hour on the phone with Costco Concierge. Maybe the worst part of the phone call was the extremely loud music that was played, many decibels above a normal phone conversation volume while on hold. I was on hold more than actually speaking to a person. It was so loud I was unable to work at my desk while I waited. I spoke to two persons who clearly knew nothing about computers. We were instructed to hold the power button for 60 seconds, which didn't work, which we alreadyt knew. They are sending a box to ship it back, even though I do have my laptop box and asked for a label. They can't go off script, so I now have to wait for the box to ship it back and see what is wrong. Very frustrating experience.

Costco selling used items as new

I placed order online forDelonghiAC (450USD). Was send a used unit in a completely unsafe box (Box was battered and had no bottom ) Content was dirty, mudstained and had wrong parts thus was unfunctional - Note that the content weights over 120lbs. Promised New unit and a delivery guy to pick up their mess. Was instead sent digital label. Told to haul product to nearest UPS. A replacement unit arrived, and its another used unit with the exact same problems. This is completely unacceptable. Costco just tried to sell me a used product twice, failed to keep their word about return collection, and a NEW replacement unit. And also failed miserably at refurbishing their products. Sneakily selling a used product as new is FRAUD!

Costco Customer service Tustin, Ca

I have never been treated so rudely by Costco employees. My call was transferred from the corporate customer service number in regards to a return I needed to make. The store offered to have it delivered for a fee, it is a big item (5 piece fire piece chat set), and i wanted to have it picked up and returned. CORPORATE transferred my call to the store because it is not a service they provide, and if they had it delivered to me, they should have it picked up. Well since i purchased the item, the the tiles have shifted and it's no longer flush. I have had this for less than a year. Well I was transferred over only to be hung up on after hearing the ring tone for 5 mins. I looked up the number and called again, selected administration and wad hung up on. I called once more, hung up on. Three times a charm and I get someone who I complain to and she says "so what is your question? " That was beyond RUDE. For a company that prides themselves on customer service, my irritation was ignored. She proceeds by transferring me to a manager, Rodrigo, who identified himself (unlike the rude employee who answered). I tell him my dilemma and he goes on by stating we only offer delivery for you guys who need help but it's not our service, it is a 3rd party. I let him know that I understood, and that corporate had told me that delivery is not offered by Costco, but if they offered it then they should be able to pick up. He responded with, corporate doesn't know anything on handling this that is why you were transferred to the warehouse. I informed him of what corporate said and again he stated that Costco does not deliver and they contact a company to help us out. I asked him to contact that company to help us out and return it and he said they don't do returns. I am beyond frustrated and upset. Not once did an employee come up with a solution to help. But when you purchase services they sure do rush to help. All the manager did was take down my information and call me with the delivery number for the company that delivered my items. At this point, I am fed up. I am just a dollar sign like every other customer. I will find a way to return all my items purchased and am going to be taking my business to Sam's.

Worst customer service

worst customer service, Do not by anything online, the cancelled my order 2 times and still charge the $532 dollar twice, I spend 2 hours waiting for customer service one, the first guy told me to place the order again and everything was going to be fine I did so they charged my card and one hour after the order is cancelled again, called back waited another hour after finally someone answer this girl put me on hold and transfer me to a travel agent no idea why this girl did that, I called again and still waiting, worst customer service ever!!!!
