if you need your hearing aids repaired, check the internet for lower cost. If you need new hearing aids check the internet for a better price. Most of the so called hearing aid stores are a big rip off including Cosco, they always try and sell you more than you need BEWARE I was told that my hearing aid would cost me $350 to repair and $3000 for a new one That $700 for repairing two and $6000 for two new ones. I paid $220 for repair of two and $21.00 for two new ones how can you beat the price.

Yes, then order a scalpel on Amazon and work on yourself to save on paying the surgeon for his knowledge and skills.

over and above the service fee you pay these professionals?

Ridiculous and you would not pay that in any other Arena.

Healthcare Professionals are paid based on fairly well known

guidelines. This is nothing more than highway robbery on an industrial scale.

I'm pretty upset. I ordered some iTunes gift cards on a really good promotion yesterday.

I had forgotten to "verify" my membership on my online account, so they canceled the order (why not just delay it until I verify the membership?). One day later the hold is still on my card. It's for $270, so I need to wait until the hold is gone to re-place the order. Seriously, Costco?

Now I might miss the sale. Thanks.

To Costco Corporate Headquarters (Leave our Garlic Bread Alone Please)

Yes it is gone and it will be no more I was told by the bakery yesterday in spokane that the store was not going to have garlic bread any longer they are phasing out all the breads that come frozen that they were baking all the breads will be made my costco or not at all. It stinks since the older stuff is not as good as the garlic bread I have been buying for the past 15 years, Maybe if we send a message to corporate headquarters they will rethink this. To bake there own will only increase the cost for us to buy . It seems that they have to much money to spend so they must get the kitchens ready and more employees taking our cost even higher the power alone to bake all that we as the consumer buys will be so high they have to raise the cost lets all complain and maybe they will bring back the breads we enjoy..

People now a days want to be assured of the ingredients of what they buy. in house baking provides them reassurance, and it also means they are buying local. A company has to increase business to the younger generation as well as maintain their originals, but changes don't always please everyone.

End of story. I real don't know why you expected them to bend the rules just for you, or why you would think it's rude for them to enforce the rules.

So you lost a diamond on your ring after you bought it and expected what? Refund on your money? Costco does repair their jewelry but if you had the piece that was damaged that would be a different issue.

Placed order with a $53.27 credit that I received from company. Bought California healthy for $69.99 when I received details it was $83.11 which included a $50 charge that I can use in the future as a credit. They are crooks. I am in the process of trying to get in touch with them but have not been successful. This will be reported to the Attorney General's office. Also requested the order to be shipped 12/20 and it was sent 12/10. It was supposed to have fancy nuts but it had nuts from Costco

Ripped off at Costco Automotive

I never thought this would happen at Costco Automotive but it did. I dropped my car off because the tire pressure light was blinking continuously. I took it to Lexus and they told me that 3 sensors were bad and they needed to be replaced. I called Costco and was told that they had the sensors in stock. I then took my vehicle to Costco and told them to replace only the 3 sensors that were bad. When I returned to pick up my car they had replaced all 5 sensors. The guy behind the desk called Scott Kershaw and he said he replaced all 5 sensors even though 2 were working normally. Then they had the gall to charge me for all 5 sensors. It cost me an extra $131.73 than it should have. I got up charged because the service man didn't listen. I spend over $10,000 dollars a year between personal and my business at Costco but not any more.

I am sure you work at Cosco and are trying to defend a position in which you were not there. I told him this because I am giving the car back to the dealer next week. Next time I suggest that you try to defend a position in which you know all the facts.

No, I do not work for Costco, although I would happily do so. They should have told you that they would have to replace all five sensors and I would hope that would become the policy. Then you could have made the choice.

No, you got up charged because the service man knew it was just a short time before the two working sensors would fail. I can hear your complaints when that happened and they had not been changed and you had to make an extra trip.

Costco - Laptop Review from Desoto, Texas

I have been a Costco member since they opened over 25 years ago. Recently I purchased a new laptop with Windows 8.1 at Costco and it was having issues. I went to return it and they said no. I only had it for about a week. They also prevented me from purchase of additional electronics items. I went back 2 times to buy groceries and on my last shopping trip they canceled my membership. Costco use to be a great place to shop, they have now become a bad experience.

I expect when you tried to return the laptop they explained they couldn't take it back but it could be sent for warranty service. You more than likely made a scene at the store and may have gone as far as to tell them you were canceling your membership, too bad they took you at your word and cancelled it.

The pharmacy employees at the King of Prussia COSTCO are saints! When Pope Francis comes to Philly this fall, I am going to implore him to canonize each and every one of them (well, maybe not one). That way I'll feel less guilty about my incompetence (regarding the health care system overall, and medicare-supplemental insurance in particular). How they can be so patient with dummies like me is remarkable. I am 73, have a PhD, but know nothing about how formularies work. I also despise talking to Blue Cross/ Blue Shield about the new medicines I have been prescribed by my endocrinologist. But these people made the calls, tolerated my ambivalence and crankiness, and got me happily on the way.
