Hello. I went shopping in Costco today at the SOBT location in Orlando Florida I want to say a Huge Thank You to the people who assisted me at the checkout. I was having a low blood sugar and could not think straight. The young lady at the register jumped onto action and has a few close by employees assist me by offering me a chaos and most important a soda to get my blood sugar to rise. I wish I had gotten all their names. The man who assisted stayed with me to make sure I was ok. He mentioned there was an emotee ar their location who haa the Sam condition. The woman who was assotinf him was also very gracious and kind. They were all so very concerned and made sure I was feeling better before I decided to leave. The young man who pushes my cart out and loaded my car was also super nice This is extreme customer service and that is hard to find these days. I am so grateful for the concern aeach of them showed. The cashier made sure I was well before I left. What a great experience. My Nam is Kimberly and I will be sure to go back and shop this store over and over and to Thank tour TEAM Members. Thank you

Costco in Fort Myers, Florida - The Kirkland brand peanuts are with out a doubt the worst I have ever tried.they are extremely chewy,hard and almost tasteless. They need to go back to Planters which are always very good

This product is terrible as noted above tasteless hard and not acceptable. They need to go back to Planters which have always Been fresh.when you are going to remove a product you should bring the replacement food for your customers to try,had this been done your Kirkland brand would not have passed.I went to Sam,s club and picked up a can of the planters peanuts which I have bee eating for over forty years. These peanuts where fresh and delicious.i don,t know who tested the Kirkland brand but they certainly did not do a side by side taste comparison.

Costco gas bar spraying toxic pink spray

Costco Queensway Gas bar in Toronto Canada. Filling some gas and smelling this god awful chemical smell. I look and it's a Costco worker spraying some pink liquid on the ground by the pumps. She said it was safe and didn't smell. Maybe for her, she must be used to it. It was awful. Just there to get gas and got gassed at Costco. I think they should stop this practice especially when people are at the pumps. Not sure why they are doing it. I find it hard to believe that it is not harmfull. It was so strong. Wow.

The agent they are spraying helps break down the oil so that it does not absorb into the water supply or local drainage. It breaks down almost immediately.

It's almost 100% natural and the odor comes from gasoline when it's mixed but not toxic. If people did not spill their fuel everyday we wouldn't need to use it.

If the pump shuts off stop filling.. you would think that it's common sense..

I wonder if the OP is even old enough to drive, they are very selfish if they are, wanting this practice banned just because they don't like the smell, let's pollute the water who cares about people is this person's attitude.

Costco in Washington, District Of Columbia - Wireless Advocates Will Not Honor New Lower Price

I have complained to both Costco and Wireless Advocates that my cell phone is now on sale for $100 less that what I paid for it. Both Costco and Wireless Advocates have a 90-day return policy and I am just a little bit over 30 days after purchase. I have emailed and then finally called both Costco and Wireless Advocates. Costco’s management supposedly worked with Wireless Advocates management to attempt to remedy the situation. Still I never did hear anything back from Wireless Advocates and then Costco said they are going to say the price-match is 30 days. If the return policy is 90 days then why can’t I return it and then repurchase it? I have gotten nothing but the run around from both Costco's management and Wireless Advocates management Buyer beware of purchasing cell phones from Costco's partner!

Costco in Brampton, Ontario - Tire Department

I ordered four Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 winter tires 10 days later went back for my 3pm appointment to have them installed all seemed to go ok until 1 1/2 hrs later still no word how the job was going. About 2 hrs later they told me they could not install the tires on my car because I had flat free tires on the car and they would not put the Blizzak WS80 on my car close to 3 hrs later drove away from Costco with out any Winter tires. I have been going to Costco from day 1 and I still enjoy shopping there but I will never order tires from them again, the people in the tire department that keep me waiting so long is just not right !! Sounds like you ordered the wrong tires online, and did not know what your car truly needs. It happens all the time, but they should have caught that when you came in to drop off you car.

Costco electronic riding carts

I have been to the Costco in Spanish fork three times in the last four weeks and have never been able to get a cart . their remarks are they are all being used . we end up my husband having to push me in the wheel chair . going through the whole store I have yet to see anybody on one .this is very upsetting to me because I am on oxygen and can't walk very far & my husband just had a heart valve transplant therefore shouldn't be pushing me around . really like your store and the fact that it is only ninety miles away . we will just be renewing our sams card this year because of the inconvenience thank you Deila Bond

If you think you are so special why not call the store and tell them that you and your husband will be shopping there. Why not tell them to turn away other customers using the electronic carts so that you can have one, as a matter of fact why not tell them to roll out the red carpet just for you.

If they are being used what can they do, they cannot demand a customer who is using them to get off and let you sit on them. Just because you don`t see them in use does not mean that they are not being used.

Costco is a big store, if you are at one end of the store the people using them could be at the other end. Sounds to me like you have entitlement issues and a whole lot of growing up to do.

Ditto on the pissed customer’s comments. I have at least 5 other items over the years of membership.

If they are concerned about the price point why not buy it and pass it on to the (my membership did go up this year). But what I really don’t like is there *** if you don’t like attitude

Costco in Smithfield, Virginia - Kirkland Premium Big Roll Towel

Towels are cheap, not very absorbent, and tear easily. With several other brands, and I can dry my hands at the sink, leave the towel to dry a little, and reuse it later. For cleaning car windows, I have to use more of the Kirkland brand than several other brands. They tear easily as well once wet, causing me to use excessive amounts of the towels for more difficult tasks, such as cleaning in the health care areas. Maybe the bulk purchases required of Costco make it just as economical to buy these in bulk rather than smaller amounts of more expensive brands, but the quality usually found in Costco is lacking in these.

Costco in Media, Pennsylvania - Credit card is only American Express

I am not going to shop where I cannot use my current credit cards. I have no desire to add another card and then have to pay a high membership fee as well. It is hard to budget the amount of cash to take along when you don't even know what they will be stocking for sale ahead if your visit, thus how much to take. It is all about the money with American Express ... And in my opinion a lack of customer service and quite offensive. It is a shame, as they are in our neighborhood now. And it is the holiday shopping season.

Obviously, it is your choice where to shop, but you are missing one of the best in the world. In fact, Costco is one of the few American companies that can compete on the global marketplace.

I got the American Express card, and it is now my favorite because of the cash rebate -- over $900 last year. No worthless airline miles for me.
