Costco review: Review from Richmond, California

My husband is a supervisor at Livermore ca Costco. I have had many friends even in house eployees tell me He has been having affairs with other women employees! I can't believe Costco which thought was a high respected company would play DIRTY!! I've been ashamed and played a fool! If u as higher management can't controle these affairs like wild animals I have no choice but to take legal actions! My family broken and yet they continue all to "bed hop" amongst each other

It's not costco's fault if you husband truly is unfaithful. It is people who have no respect for the sanctity of marriage. Coming from someone who works at Costco, co-worker scandals are everywhere!

I think the fact you're *** enough to complain to Costco about your unfaithful husband is probably the actual reason why he cheated. You seem a bit out of tune. Don't you think your husband was played as a fool to marry you in the first place?

This isn't the Costco website, it is a general complaint site. Furthermore, what employees of any business do on their own time isn't the company's business.

You can't tell me they are actually messing around on the job. Face it, you husband isn't completely innocent in this, IF he is a mature man, he should be capable of saying "no," if a woman comes onto him. In a way, you are just as much to blame as anybody else, because apparently you can't hold your husband's interest and keep him faithful. You are also wrong for believing what other people tell you, it is pure gossip and until you have absolute proof, you shouldn't be listening to it.

Your friends that have been telling you this could be hoping to cause marriage problems so that they can move in on your territory, and if store employees are telling you this, you should be able to get hem fired. Exactly how do think higher management should stop affairs from going on with any employees? For one thing they would have to have real good proof that something was actually going on. Your proof isn't good enough.

Let's face it, some of your spelling and your poor grammar indicate that you aren't real well educated, IF your husband is messing around maybe the people that he is having affairs with at least sound like they have a better education. Instead of embarrassing yourself further by taking legal action and making everything you think is going on public, concentrate on getting some kind of education and finding a job of some kind, even if it is in fast food.

Act like you have some self respect, even if you don't. You have to put on a really good act.

This is a complaint site and she is complaining about an issue with morality and management. I feel she has a right to express herself here or on any forum. I work for costco and have seen some supervisors flirting and makes passes at junior staff.

You go girl and punish this *** husband or urs along with the management. We have a strict code of conduct at costco.

You can't buy anything without a membership at costco period.

The 2% rebate you read about is for executive Members only (110$ per year +taxes) and the rebate check is issued 8-9 into the membership.

Here is my beef , I seem always to pick the longs checkout line but that is not my beef, after waiting a period of time behind a new customer at Costco at checkout cashier ,here is where it gets inconsistent . I passed the persons who were slow after the cashier checkout There are two Costco employees one on each side checking your receipt I happen to be again in the slow line the people that were ahead of me again seem to get preference much more items in there buggy and again processed a lot quicker . What I recommend that this empolyee(women) get remedial traing.

Costco Photo Center IS HORRIBLE!!!

Their software to create photobooks is the WORST of any digital photo site out there. Be prepared to lose your work if you are not EXTREMELY careful since their site reverts back to the start of your project with a click of the "previous step" button - even saving your work diligently as you work away at your project doesn't protect you from all of a sudden discovering most of your work is GONE. And their customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible! I would recommend Shutterfly or Snapfish. Most people I know use those sites and those are normally my go to as well. BIG MISTAKE on my part trying Costco!!

Costco program is misleading and didn't deliver services advertised

I just went through the Costco auto program and was very disappointed. They advertise a no pressure, stress free buying experience where you get a discount but that wasn't the case at all for me. The dealer still subjected me to endless sleazy sales tactics and negotiations and I could have gotten a MUCH better deal by NOT going through Costco and just haggling on my own and going to someplace else. I really don't think I'll use Costco again and would NOT recommend their auto program to anyone. By the way, I also got this $200 50% off coupon but just found out you MUST use it at the dealership where you bought the car. I'm so reluctant to ever go back to that dealership again that I don't even think I'll use the coupon. I feel totally misled by Costco.

Go online and email the Costco Auto people and let them know that the dealership was not positive. They may not be aware of the problem.

Went to my Dr @ his Long Beach office their practice has 4 with the main site in Van Nuys CA. The Costco was between my house & Dr recommended the phcy because I'm un-insured. The pharmacist Michelle at the store on Hindry refused to fill my prescription, refused to speak with my physician whom I called so she could verify it & refused to even make eye contact with me. The level of rudeness was quite a shock, I will never set foot in Costco again!!!!!!

I spoke with a manager who seemed as confused as me but offered no resolution. I went to my local Rite Aid and had my medication filled within 15 minutes & it was cheaper!!!!!

Costco review in Grande Prairie, Alberta: Worst customer service EVER!!!

my husband and I go to Costco to get his tires changed for winter driving and this morning we showed up at 7:30 knowing that people will show up that early to form a line to get tires changed as its a very busy time of year. The store doesn't open unit 9:30 so we were waiting outside in a line. At about 8:30 an employee came out with a stack of 15 pylons. He said take a pylon put it on your car and wait in your vehicle till we open and we will serve you in the order in which you came. So we waited, and far more than 15 people showed up and were waiting outside the door. We figured they were wasting their time as they didn't have numbers and we did so we continued to wait in our vehicle until the doors opened. When they did we were at the back of the line with the number two pylon wondering why we weren't being called forward to get our tires done. After standing in line for about 20 minutes my husband and another customer went to the desk to find out why they were not calling the numbers. They were told that the pylons are useless and they only have them to find your car and don't establish any kind of order!! Well that caused an absolute uproar! People who came minutes before the store opened were gonna get their cars done before the people who had already waited hours! I have never been so appalled and angry in my life! I will never recommend Costco tire shop to any of my friends or family ever again if that's how they're gonna do business! I'm surprised they are even still open when they mislead their customers like that! Costco tire shop in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. Don't go there!!! Sincerely Two very pissed off customers!!

Implement an actual order of service system so the customer isn't getting screwed over by the company! Take a number, serve that number!
