Costco review in Acworth, Georgia: Given wrong patient information after an injection

My husband went in for a flu shot and was given and injection and then given another persons check out paperwork. We noticed the mistake before we left the store went back to the pharmacy and explained what happened. I asked what injection my husband had been given and she said I am sure it was a flu shot do not worry. I was pissed say the least because in my line of work I must check and double check the patients name before handing out meds. The lady was flippant about the mistake and shrugged us off and returned to her work.

Costco Winter Service

I went in early this morning to get some winter tires for my truck. Lines started forming at 7am, and they opened their doors at 8. I was in a group with the first 4 people, and had a pleasant experience with them waiting. We joked about having a reunion next year at the same Dimond Costco tire store. 8 am rolls around, and we finally get inside out of the rain and cold. When I first speak to the cashier attendant, Stephen, the first thing I hear from him is a complaint about the day. It was as if my business to him was a disadvantage to him, even an annoyance. Because the manager couldn't get his employees in line and ON TIME this morning, my car didn't get into the shop until 9 am, even though they have 4 bay doors to work on vehicles. We decided to wait for our cars in the lobby. There was no reading selection sadly, so after the others in my group left I played on a gameboy. It was a bit difficult considering we had been waiting outside in frigid Alaska weather. Some complimentary coffee would have made it a bit more tolerable. However, no aount of coffee would have made my experience better. Stephen, the cashier/front desk attendant, was VERY rude to customers. Yes, he had to take phone calls and customer servic face-to-face. My career also has me do the same, however, it is NOT the customers fault. Not only was he short and uncaring to customers in the lobby, he took it upon himself to complain about customers on the phone, loud enough for the rest of us to hear. It actually made me vey upset to be waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. There was another employee, Shelley, who was not very customer service oriented. She was quick to answer the phone and put people on hold, but quickly forgot about them and left them waiting. Not only that, she flirted with my boyfriend as we were sitting and waiting for our cars, instead of doing her job correctly and actually SERVICING the vehicles in the bay. All in all, I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with Dimond Costco Tires. Although I joked about having a reunion next year for tires, I don't think I will be going. I may just take my business to Sam's Club instead.

Costco - Shopping Cart Review

I went to shop at opening of the new store in Timnath Co.. Im sorry what a joke we paid $50. for a card to shop and they were selling them at a discount at the front door. Then to make matters worse I took my sister and mpm who need hanicap carts . We waited for 1 hour only to find out the store only had 2 handicap carts on the whole store. What a joke. Such a big store, so many customers and no handicap carts. . I left disappointed and havent been back. :( .

Actually, they will refund your membership fee -- no questions asked. That is probably what you should do.

There is no law requiring any store to furnish electric carts for customers. They do so out of common courtesy.

Maybe your family members that need them should buy their own or else don't complain.

Maybe you shouldn't go on the first day it opened. It will be busy.

Also, they dont have to provide electric carts.

I have seen those being abused by people who dont need them. Buy your own.

Costco - Disabled Customer Treatment Review from Brampton, Ontario

Hello, my elderly disabled mother and I went to the costco on billy bishop in Toronto ON, this morning 10 am, and the store was a zoo. We could not find a disabled parking spot because there are only 3 accessible spots for the whole parking lot at this store! This resulted in a lot of unnecessary walking for my poor mother as we only could find a parking spot far away. I couldn't even pull up to let my mother out near the door as able bodied people were loading their groceries, staff standing around doing nothing. It's obvious Costco doesn't know about the AODA legislation, and doesn't care about accessibility rights for customers with challenges. Really sad. Next time if this happens again and costco does nothing for accessibility as per Human Rights commission I will go public with my complaint and never renew my membership again.

Go ahead I m sure costco won't miss someone like u privileged princess. Only safe area for helping people load groceries in by the front door so costco employees and members have to abide by that rule if helping a member load items.

Busy day at costco and u want an employee to drop their assigned duties and come tend to your mom? How about u hire an aide to do that for your mom??

Dear Costco. Every time I receive the Costco Savings Brochure I get so frustrated that almost tear it up. Please explain to me why oh why do you put $3,00 off, but not tell us what the total price is? This is not done in all cases, some are done correctly. If I am planning a trip to Costco I want to know what the price is in the Brochure. It just does not make any sense to me or to anyone I talk to about it. The next thing I will be doing is to put these questions on facebook and see how many other costco members are fedup with this ridiculous type of advertising. Who ever came up with this type of advertising is just plain nuts. I would really like to have an answer to my questions. Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter. Your unhappy consumer. I think this advertising is brilliant because u will have to come inside the store to look at the price to avail the coupon and end up buying either that or other stuff .

I completely agree about the managers who are just not even trying to help or explain the situation. I suppose pharmacy doesn't really require a renewal as even non members can avail the facility (but that is my assumption ) but cash registers do require a renewal which cannot be overridden by a manager or anyone .

Shipping Problems at COSTCO.CA

I ordered a treadmill from Costco.Ca, I've got a confirmation e-mail letting me know that the item has been shipped and will be delivered, but, when I tried to make arrangements with the delivery team I've been told that they deliver ONLY 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and nobody can be home on that time interval. It was the first time in my life I've heard such a thing, and anyhow I couldn't possibly have known this when I ordered the item. Renee from customer service told me that this delivery time interval is posted on the site, but I checked the SHIPPING section of COSTCO.CA and I couldn't find it. Nothing to do, so I had to cancel the order.

Costco review: Shopping

Bought a box of 30 aerius tablets sunday for my allergies on Sept. 28 at costco. Package was sealed . Returned home to p.e.i. same day. Opened it and it was empty except for the paper inside. Very disappointed they are not cheap to buy. We all ways do our shopping there every fall to last the winter months. Never had a problem until now. Package must have been tampered wit or the pills never have been put inside. I don't think I will buy from the pharmacy again. To make it worst it was on a very busy day Sunday and my allergies were very bad , but I decided to wait until we got home to take a pill but never got to take one.
