Costco in Sarasota, Florida - Rude employees
Costco Sarasota has the most sub-standard employees of any Costco I have ever been to. I left an order over $500 in two baskets at the cashier after three bad customer experience points. First, I asked an unhappy worker where the coffee was moved to - they responded with a finger point only. Second, I asked an employee in the cheese department a question about a product they evidently no longer carry and she said "get over it". Last, and final I go to the overcrowded check out lane and wait, and wait, and wait... they open two more lines after several angry customers voice their concern - i pull both of my carts over to another visibly unhappy cashier and he allows two people to cut in front of me. I left the carts and walked out. I am a business customer, shop once a week and spend a minimum of $300 every trip. Costco - Given the (on-line) run-around when trying to contact the s.e. regional ordering dept.
Spent 90 min. on-line TRYING to get correct phone # for s.e. regional ordering dept. as suggested by employee @ Costco, Estero, FL. ONE posted # got me to the Justice Dept. (?). Another got me to a robo-message that told me to push a certain # for particular dept. Pushed # seven different times, but it just kept repeating message! Three other posted numbers got me NOWHERE! FINALLY called member serv. @ (800) 955-2292. Delightful lady there gave me # for S.E. Regional office @ (770-)581-6200........."THIS # NOT IN SERVICE"! AAAAArrrrghhhhh! I'd fire ANYONE who had ANYTHING to do with assembling the Costco on-line info if it was my business!!!!!! Seriously thinking about returning to SAM's Club! Just wish your on-line info was as helpful as your employees.
Costco ships wrong laptop
I ordered a high-end Dell laptop online, as local store has very limited selection. When the laptop arrived, it only ha inferior Intel motherboard video and was missing add-on AMD video which is far superior. It also didn't have MS Office 2013 pre-installed. I brought it to my local store same day I received it to return for refund; It shouldn't matter if I was right or wrong about missing hard ware or software ; their policy says if I'm, not satisfied I get refund. They took 90 minutes till they decided maybe I was right. and gave me a refund; but their store computer wouldn't credit back my MasterCard, and they gave me $1000 in cash. Needless to say I circled around till I went back to my car; and drove home.
Costco - Poor Quality Food Review from Streamwood, Illinois
Ate at Costco for the first time today and it was the worst food ever!! I could not believe that the good quality food they sell in the store is not the food that they serve in the dining area! For example- I would think since they promote the VitaMix and give free samples, that they would serve the fruit smoothies at the dining area from that... Instead it's processed *** from a slushy dispenser machine. Yuck! I excepted the chicken ceaser salad to be like the ones I've purchased in their fresh deli section.... Instead it was packaged like a horrible pre made salad from Jewel! Processed chicken, old lettuce and dressing that was terrible, and I love Ceasar dressing! How that could taste bad was unbelievable! My suggestion would be to take the products you serve at the store to be the products you feed the consumer. We might even by the VitaMix because the fruit smoothie tastes so good and fresh, instead of returning it for my money back!
Costco in Lanham, Maryland - RUDE WORKER
I visited the tire department at the Costco in Lanham, Maryland on Sunday, August 3rd 2014. I encountered a very miserable rude woman working the counter. It's really a shame that a store would have someone like this dealing with the public. My problem I had with this wicked woman is that she didn't smile, no eye contact and just a rude tone. In 2014 with with "customer service" being the buzz word, it's really a shame that Costco would employ a person that taints their name. The cost of the service was supposed to be 395.00, but I went to Pep Boys where they care about their customers and treat them with respect. I paid 100.00 more, but the customer was excellent. I will post about my bad experience at Costco on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc. I'll also post about my good experience at Pep Boys.

Costco in Lewistown, Montana - Review about Bad Customer Service
Twin Falls Costco Tire Center service is awful. They are in no big hurry to get the job done waited for the second time in last month for over an hour and a half for a rotation and second time for a screw in tire. Watched them just slow poke around and a few of them took more than 2 breaks in a half hour. Very poor customer service.
Costco - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Never have I ever been to a place with such horrible customer service. They were so rude to me and back talking to me making me feel awful and that is why I'm never returning to Costco again. When I was walking away I could hear the cashier talking bad about me to the customers in line behind me. I had a cart full of groceries and couldn't ever purchase them because of how pissed I was. I left with nothing but disappointment and anger towards Costco and their horrible customer service. I will never return back to costco and will be ending my membership with them and going to register as a member at sams club.
Costco - RUDE WORKERS
THIS IS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT COSTCO WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR POLICY SUCKS AND SO DO YOUR WORKERS. I WAS PURCHASING OVER $100 WORTH OF FOOD THAT WAS MUCH NEEDED BUT ENDED UP NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE A THING AND WALKED OUT WITH NOTHING. THE CASHIER HELPING ME AND THE PERSON PUTTING STUFF IN CARTS WERE BOTH ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND ARROGANT AND JUST PLAIN AWFUL. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO COSTCO AND I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, MAYBE LIKE SAM'S CLUB. I WILL BE ALSO TELLING MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMENTS BY COSTCO SALES PEOPLE. SALES PEOPLE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL BAD AND BE RUDE TO THEM. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?!! SHE EVEN BAD MOUTHED ME TO CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME IN LINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND STILL AM TO THIS DAY OF COSTCO AND THE WORKERS WITH BAD ATTITUDES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO COSTCO AND HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I KNOW I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER RETURN TO COSTCO AGAIN!!! EVERY TIME COSTCO COMES UP I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE OF THIS HORRIBLE OR SHOULD I SAY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD AT COSTCO AND NOT A SINGLE PLEASANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AND AS WELL AS OTHERS BUT I THINK YOU GET MY POINT.
Costco in Woodstock, Georgia - Review
What is wrong with the customer service at costco in duluth ga?? How is a worker there going to yell and threaten to get my membership information and kick me out of costco?! I was speaking to one of my family members and a guy that works at costco was called because the guy who was at the register needed a key and he said with an attitude "what did I say?" I said I wasnt speaking to him and he said I better watch my attitude and that because he has a "key" to the register that I better listen to him?! If this is the kind of people that costco is hiring then I have no intentions of ever being a customer of costco ever again! Good job losing loyal customers costco
