COSTCO GETTING MORE CROWDED AND DIFFICULT TO SHOP

Costco is now putting pallets at the front of their stores where people are waiting in line for their turn at the registers. You can't move, can't navigate, arguments are breaking out, everyone is tense and the carts are backing up into the aisles so you can't bring a cart to shop between the pallets. Why doesn't Costco see this? It is so obvious they are making the shopping experience brutally uncomfortable. I thought Costco cared? I spoke to a manager at one store and he looked at me like I was from Mars saying, "Do YOU have a problem right now?"

Pork Ribs Review

I bought $30.00 worth of pork ribs because Costco always had the best. My guests and I just had the most stringy, meatless,& absolute gross ribs we have ever eaten. I am surely pissed to have paid for the right to shop there. To top that, one guest was Steven Hungary, a brother in law and executive chef from Denver!! Thanks ***!

Disrespectful Manager Review

I had a very bad experience with manager Tony at chantilly crossing lane Costco. This gentlemen was very disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. I felt like I was being attacked when I asked him a simple question. I am an executive member and frequent costco at least 3 times a week.

Costco ----rude to 81 year old with cane

My mother, daughter and I visited Costco at the Myrtle Beach SC store this week. Not being members I stopped at the desk for a visitor's pass while my mother and daughter waited at the door. The attendant checking as people exited, told my mother that she was standing on her matt ( a rectangle piece of rubber). My mother moved not realizing she was standing on this lady's matt due to the fact that she has neuropathy in her feet due to chemo. Also my mother is 81 years of age and was standing there with a cane. Needless to say, we will not be visiting or joining this store. Pat the attendant can keep her rubber matt.

There wasn't anything rude about the employee at the door telling your mother that she was standing on her mat. The fact that your mother has neurapothy and uses a cane has nothing to do with the matter.

Unless the employee was swearing and using foul language to your mother there wasn't anything rude about the way your mother was treated. I honestly can't believe how childish some people are over what they consider rudeness. I'm 74 and have diabetic neuropathy, even with shoes on, I can tell the difference in how different surfaces feel. Oh yes!

there are times I use a cane and sometimes a walker that has a seat on it. Get over this alleged mistreat of your mother.

Costco review: Wireless Advocates dishonest and rude

My wife bought a phone without thinking from Wireless Advocated. Every cell phone company has a 1 month return - not wireless Advocates at Costco. My wife came back after 10 days realizing she made a mistake by buying from them. They told her to come back on Tuesday when the original salesman was back. That was 15 days and they said there we would have to pay through the nose to cancel now. This scam and many other scams are used by these crafty salesman. The view you as marks! This happened in Puyallup and apparently everywhere else.

Every carrier without fail has a 14 day return policy. You probably signed paperwork. Read what you sign

The salesman did lie to you about the original salesman being required to be there. That is dishonest and shady.

It sounds like someone was lazy and didn't want to complete a return (salesman aren't paid for returns).

However...

AT&T, T-Mobile, & Verizon all share a 14 day return policy. It USED to be 30 for everyone. Though the 14 day return window was clearly stated on the contract.

Honestly, you were absolutely misled, but you should own some of the blame.

Never sign without reading the fine print.

Now, if you weren't provided paperwork to sign... That's another ball of wax.

Costco review in Sarasota, Florida: Rude employees

Costco Sarasota has the most sub-standard employees of any Costco I have ever been to. I left an order over $500 in two baskets at the cashier after three bad customer experience points. First, I asked an unhappy worker where the coffee was moved to - they responded with a finger point only. Second, I asked an employee in the cheese department a question about a product they evidently no longer carry and she said "get over it". Last, and final I go to the overcrowded check out lane and wait, and wait, and wait... they open two more lines after several angry customers voice their concern - i pull both of my carts over to another visibly unhappy cashier and he allows two people to cut in front of me. I left the carts and walked out. I am a business customer, shop once a week and spend a minimum of $300 every trip. Costco review: Given the (on-line) run-around when trying to contact the s.e. regional ordering dept.

Spent 90 min. on-line TRYING to get correct phone # for s.e. regional ordering dept. as suggested by employee @ Costco, Estero, FL. ONE posted # got me to the Justice Dept. (?). Another got me to a robo-message that told me to push a certain # for particular dept. Pushed # seven different times, but it just kept repeating message! Three other posted numbers got me NOWHERE! FINALLY called member serv. @ (800) 955-2292. Delightful lady there gave me # for S.E. Regional office @ (770-)581-6200........."THIS # NOT IN SERVICE"! AAAAArrrrghhhhh! I'd fire ANYONE who had ANYTHING to do with assembling the Costco on-line info if it was my business!!!!!! Seriously thinking about returning to SAM's Club! Just wish your on-line info was as helpful as your employees.

Costco ships wrong laptop

I ordered a high-end Dell laptop online, as local store has very limited selection. When the laptop arrived, it only ha inferior Intel motherboard video and was missing add-on AMD video which is far superior. It also didn't have MS Office 2013 pre-installed. I brought it to my local store same day I received it to return for refund; It shouldn't matter if I was right or wrong about missing hard ware or software ; their policy says if I'm, not satisfied I get refund. They took 90 minutes till they decided maybe I was right. and gave me a refund; but their store computer wouldn't credit back my MasterCard, and they gave me $1000 in cash. Needless to say I circled around till I went back to my car; and drove home.
