Have used this car wash probably 50 times on my Tacoma and my Lexus. Never had a problem.

I drive into the lot after the wash and clean water spots with a towel on door sills, trunk edges and tires, etc. Takes about 3 minutes. Wish it was closer to my home.

I think his scratches came from another time and another source. Love the car wash and all of Costco house brands.

I was also given a prescription by my doctor, I picked it up and when I read possible conflicts with other medications, I noticed it conflicted with one I was currently taking, I called my doctor, she called the pharmacy, then called me and told me to return it to the pharmacy, which I did, they took the original prescription, gave me the correct one, and adjusted the money I had already spent. So yes, things can be done, but there are laws governing what they are allowed to do.

I am a vegan, so when I asked for a pizza at Costco, I asked for no cheese. The person taking my order told me she couldn't do that if I didn't get a manager to okay it. Note that I had to find a manager, she couldn't call one over. So I dutifully went to where the...

Costco Scam on return Policy What a JOKE

After many other problems with Costco for the past few years the company that use to be customer orientated is now self serving, anti American, and plain and simple deceitful. First the pulling of America is a disgrace to all of us, the political agenda spewed by Costco is shameful and embarrassing. Second I purchased a Toshiba computer on line , what a huge mistake, it was troubled from the beginning and I called the so called return in 90 days is a hoax... after many hours of dealing with the online folks who are powerless and read from script, not to mention rude, demeaning, and severally under trained. The upper management is even worse than the lower level phone people these are Costco management views, after 6 hours of my time wasted, I have a computer that is 3 and a half months old and is a piece of trash, out $1200.00 dollars, so Friday I am going to the local store I Maui and toss the computer on the counter along with my card I just paid for and demand a refund on both, my family and friends are now on a mission to boycott Costco never to go back,,, Our hard earned money will be spent in other local stores, the money savings is not worth the LEFT WING bullies being paid at this GARBAGE store,,,,Come on AMERICA stand up and put and end to these culprits.... stand up....God Bless America

Let me get this straight... You claim that the 90 day return policy is a hoax, yet your computer broke after 3 1/2 month?

Hmmm... you're sooo intelligent. Please stop with this phony patriotism BS that somehow you felt an injustice because a company is enforcing their return policy. Please don't ever breed.

Don't poison this planet with inferior offspring...

don't be that guy,it's not cool.

P.S. if you're so upset about that *** book, open your own bookstore and pay your employees half as well as Costco pays their employees ;)

lol, it was a marketing ploy done by the author and the store together.

It was not selling.

Now it is. Magic.

Yeah, costco put it back on the shelves for record sales from naive conservatives.

Congrats.

Wah wah wah. Return it in a timely matter.

They take everything back, I used to work there in returns.

Costco doesn't sell every book. Return your membership...you won't make a difference, whiny baby.

As a conservative, your 1st world problems frankly embarrass me. Total disregard that they are a place of business, not a *** library, or a venue for your political beliefs.

Come join me in the real world or get yourself sterilized.

And liberal views? God forbid they pay their employees 20+ an hour

You people need lives.

Its okay if stores agree with you and don't sell liberal books, but how dare anyone else do the same thing!

Oh, no, oh no, the sky is falling.

How will you ever go on? A book you never heard of or read is not being sold!

Your life must be sooooooo hard.

How ever do you sleep at night with a victim complex that severe?

I just heard you pull Dinesh D'Souza book on "America." Are you for real?? I will be in Costco in the next week.

If I do not see it on the self you know what you can do with your left-wing liberal *** and your membership. What kind of "non-American *** are you trying to float here?

Costco in Los Angeles, California - Book America

I have long been turned off with Costco...not the products, but the attitude of the employees. The company is more concerned about the employees "rights" rather than the "rights" and concerns of the shoppers. I have found the employees, including some managers, insulting. I put up with it, because it was a lift time (20 years) of shopping at Costco. Now, the last straw of the book America taken off the shelves and your lame excuse that it was not a best seller...ha ha...your nose must be a foot long. You kept Hilary's book which is 100 on the list and promoted it. Nothing more than politics. I have cancelled my costco account, and am cancelling my American Express card because they are both political. My brother has done the same. My children and grandchildren are doing the same. Total loss will be 12 less members for Costco and American Express. This will not put Costco or American Express out of business, but I am working on it through my schools, churches, social groups, etc. Word of mouth does have power. QUITE THE POLITICS AND BE A SHOP KEEPER.

I'm disgusted with you idiots. Screw that *** book, you inbred hicks cant even read.

And screw clinton too. If they really were about politics why would they have even sold the book in the first place?

I get disgusted with Costco's pick of politically-related books too. By far, there is more right-wing drivel than tomes from the other side of the aisle.

That being said....Costco sells what sells. That's what they're in business for.

If it's not selling, then it's pulled. Not everything is a liberal/Democrat conspiracy.

Actually, Costco is one of the very few American companies that can compete on the world stage. Somehow, that makes them unamerican?

I agree with Rev. Wright.
