Costco - Prescription Filling Review

I'm sitting at the costco pharmacy as I write this. Every single time I have come to pick up my prescriptions, I'm told i need to wait 20 mins when i already waited 24hrs to come pick it up to insure it would be ready!!!!! Little did they know I am a nurse and I work along with the prescriber, so in fact I know she is lying straight to my face, one thing I can not stand is being lied to and then the pharmacist is just as bad and rude to everyone. As I'm writing this complaint a nice couple is to the same thing and they have been waiting since Monday and today Thursday,the next person after that a nice lady is told oh we don't have that medications need we ordered it and will be here in a day or two! That is another lying excuse used by this pharmacy I've also been told never in my life have I seen such horrible service. Mariana was not apologetic hat so ever when I told her I was gonna make a complaint and I wanted the phone number she had me ask the person checking the receipts !!!!!!! Aaaaaahhhhhhh!

Nurses are always lying to me. Things like "the doctor will be in shortly" and "we'll call your prescription in right away".

Excellent response I have to agree 100% nurses are always lying about how soon the doc will be seeing us.

Those are not Costco employees.

File a complaint with whoever gives them their checks.

Also, always call ahead before going to a pharmacy.

As a nurse, you should know how this works.

Also, there are medications that not everyone carries. If they need the meds, they need to make sure their script is taken to a store that carries what they need all the time.

They won't do a full refund if you used it. Do you know how many people would buy it, then get it refunded?

People try that with gift cards, they use 49.50 out of a 50 card for a restaurant and want refunds all the time. Quit trying to get stuff for free and like the man said, you can always get your membership refunded

Really. I cannot imagine anyone speaking badly to a customer wanting a sample.

In our store we are trained tp say NOTHING but smile no matter what the situation is.

The CDS manager is responsible for that employee. He/she hired that person.

Costco really has nothing to do with who we hire.

I suppose if it is brought to their attention then they wil bring to CDS Manager.

Rude Service Review

I was hit in the back of my ankles three times while leaving costco as the door lady checked my receipt. I asked her if she was going to do something and she just stood there and watched. The lady whom was shoving her cart into te back of my ankles said I cut her off. She called me a *** *** and told me I need to *** a ***. I am very angry and disturbed that the worker allowed this to happen.

Applied for a job through the official Costco website

It did ask for a phone number, which I supplied. Within 20 minutes I was receiving text messages ... "We'd like to speak to you about the position you applied for on our job board...". I looked up the number that texted me on the Internet and it was obviously NOT Costco. I called the corporate HQ and asked to be connected to the CEO's office (I knew I would get an administrative assistant, but that was fine). The operator interrogated me about why I was calling, and I told her that I didn't appreciate being text messaged and wanted to speak to someone at the top. She then wanted to transfer to member services (huh?). I was pretty steamed about this, and gave her some push back, she then lectured me about my "tone" for someone looking for a job... she didn't even care about the text message ***. I'm done with Costco.

sounds like you gave your information to a website claiming to be costco to steal information from you. Happened to someone i know who was offered classes to some school through "costco".

That is a member service issues. The CEO has nothing to do with the internet services or the customer service of his company and cannot do anything about it.

He is a little too busy keeping 900 stores open, managing the contractors and vendors, and keeping profit and loss in check (which is a big deal, since almost all of Costco's profits go straight to their very well paid employees).

If a third party popped into a secure site, that IS either an IT or member services issues. Take it to the party who can actually help you - like the poor woman you berated was trying to do- or don't bother to complaint about it.

Costco - Incompetent customer service. Internet

I emailed a problem with duplicate order. Received some standard reply. Not even addressing the problem, When I stated that I was unhappy with that answer I never heard anything. These internet customer service agent just blow you off. To order the item I needed you had to switch between to different websites very confusion. I ended up with 2 sun setter shades. Called sun setter they cancelled one. A week later costco cancelled the other one. I emails Costco and the agent told me,your credit card is not charged.. That was not the question........why is there no communication between Costco and Sunsetter?

So u told costco to cancel the duplicate order and had no patience so u called up sun setter and cancelled it again. And u are complaining about what?????

I m sure their systems work efficiently as evident by ur duplicate orders being cancelled . They wouldn't call each other up and gossip about cancelled orders
