Costco review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: 2 store's same name different entity's
Foosball selling for $129.97 in one store sold out so fast that only the floor model was left, Went to a 2nd Costco further away and the same product was $299.97 which I bought. Returned to the 1st store took the 180lb. monster out of the car to return which I proceeded to line to repurchase at the lower price and put the heavy box back into the car. All in about under 2hrs, of my time. Called corporate services and got diddly from them and when I said I won't be a member next year I got told have a nice day which they hung up. Costco I hang up on You, This experience was total *** (BS) and being a paying member there customer support is totally different than the welcome to Costco as a new employer video BS's you to how Costco is. Costco review in Sacramento, California: Rude Cashier
Went to costco today, my card was expired and told Cashier Lisa B. of Sacramento Costco that my husband just mailed the renewal. Manager Ron came to override & to complete the transaction. Cashier Lisa upon checking the card (which was my husband's) rudely said "and it's not even you!", I told her my husband was w/ me (just didnt go w/ me in the line because he stayed w/ my toddler) I told her I can either call my husband or I can check my own ID in my purse, she said rudely 3x "I don't need to see it". I was so upset because i had been a member of costco for nearly 8 years and never encountered a staff like her w/ poor customer service. I mean...I admit I should've given her my own ID if I realized soon enough that it'll be me who will pay instead of my husband, but she need not have to be so rude. And if she is trying to insinuate something she should've just let me show my Own Costco ID.
Costco review in Moncton, New Brunswick: Bought wine couldn't tell apart
i bought a box of ur wine monday brought it home to as it is a double batch one is barolo the other is cabernet when i got the two kits on there was nothing in the boxes to distinquish the difference.i called costco in moncton to tell them about it, the man on the other end told me to bring it back.how am i suppose to bring it back when i have already put the two on, therefore he proceeded to tell me it was not his problem therefore nothing could be done. i am very upset over this and am very much thinking about switching my business elsewhere. just thought u should no how ur employees help there customers.
Costco review in Calgary, Alberta: Winter Tire installation problem
I bought 4 rims and 4 winter tires from Costco. They told me I have to take the tires with me in order to make an appointment to get them installed on my vehicle. I explained to them that I already have the rims in my car trunk and have no where else to put the tires in my car. They told me, then I cannot make an appointment. The alternative (they suggested) is waiting outside their shop at 5am (it's winter and freezing cold) they open at 6am and only service 20 vehicles. Which means, if you got there even before 5am and there are, say 15 customers ahead of you. If 5 of them checked for 2 vehicles, you will be turned away and told to come back at 5am another day. Many including elderly have waited in the cold until 6am to be told to come back.
Costco review: Breech of Privacy & Confidentiality
On November 21 2013 I visited a Costco only to exit with such humilation.. I could not believe what had just happened. Working in a professional company I understand very well that the privacy and confidentiality act is to be respected at all times. I have been a member since 1990 .. In 2006-2008 i had financial hardship and caused for a couple of cheques to return back NSF, they have always been paid. It has been over 5 years since then and I have never been told by anyone that my card is blocked, The cashier L Lynn very unprofessional publicly announced that my membership card was blocked and calls over an apparent supervisor with no diplomacy or professional tact. She screamed out that my payment should only be in cash and asked me to step aside once my order was paid to explain. I felt like a criminal. I do accept this and would like to see disciplinary action taken. I will visit the Costco and speak with hopefully with a manager and make them aware that this complaint has been done. I expect an apology from Costco. It has been 23 years of membership that I religiously paid and would like to see Coscto respect and acknowledge this loyality. Thank you

Costco really just needs to get out of the food court business. If they can't run it right, why do it at all? Nothing like a friday night after a long work week, and then being treated like an *** after waiting 20 minutes in line for a slice of pepperoni pizza, the fellow says there is none and that i have to wait, but as I witness for 15 more minutes, there was no effort to even put in any more pepperoni. I got my money back after a tense yelling at who i was told was a manager, although I know that was a lie. They just aren't set up to do that kind of business. I am contemplating never shopping there again. I am also considering getting my money back on my membership. If they don't want to do it, my brother's law firm can start sending letters. It will be an expensive amount of money their lawyers will spend to not refund me my 55 bucks, or whatever it is. I have had it with Costco. This *** at the food court happens a lot, and a lot of people are getting sick of the poor service, and treatment of customers.
