I purchased an expensive Samsung TV and within a year the tube and sound deteriorated. I called the concierge who was very nice and said get me the pictures of various items and pictures of the problem and we will get to a resolution in some manner within 48 hours.

It is now 4 days and after repeated attempts to contact my response was I will call you when I know something.

I tried to escalate to customer service. They took the information and said they will pass the info on but it takes 3 business days for a response.

So the 48 hours has turned into 2 weeks and counting.

Do not be fooled with their warranties.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $990.

Preferred solution: another TV.

Costco Cons: Concierge service.
