After 6 hours, (I did you not) on phone with concierge, finally got a manager, who said Costco had to review it and would either fix or give us new TV, but we have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Will keep you updated as to outcome.

They keep blaming our cable co. However cable works fine with other TVs we have. They just keep passing the buck. I'm so disappointed in Costco. Going to cancel my 30 year membership and taking them to small claims court. We are still under warranty so I've had it...Review

Costco Torrance cal needs a new manager
We were treated in the store horribly with a load voice that could be heard by every one near us in the store the manager their almost got placed under civilian arest for trying to snatch a card from some other customers hand . If some of the folks at this store don't like their job they should simply quite and not take it out on others their to shop , with out customers you wouldn't have a coast co , that manager needs to be replaced for coastco's sake .."..............................The man who was going to arest the manager said he may still call the police and I hope he does , when we let people get away with this types of treatment we leave a door open for it to happened again to someone else
