Installed two doors that let the snow, wind and rain IN. Aren’t door supposed to keep it out???
Everyone i have dealt with regarding this situation, Joe, John, Anu, Roy, have not reactified this situation. Never again, Costco did nothing as well, so much for their if your not satisfied you can return it. No TRUE.
I found Costco to be unresponsive in this situation and if fact both companies have now introduced a new policy of form that need to be completed to complain. At this point i am looking into legal action, all as I ask is that doors do not frost up or leak air and the prior condition of my home is the after installation.
