Costco.com doesn't stand behind products
Bought our son a $1700 Microsoft surface pro for Christmas. At the end of March screen started exhibiting signs of bleedthrough.
Contacted Costco concierge who referred us to Costco.com, who could have cared less about the issue. Referred us to Microsoft, who offered to replace a less than four month old computer with a refurbished unit. Even though we bought it through Costco, with our Costco Citi Card (which gets you an extended two-year warranty of nothing) there is no warranty assistance to be had.
If you have issues after the initial 90 days... You are on your own with Costco, who knew?
