This supervisor need to learn what supervisor means. I dont know why she became a supervisor..
because she is hardworker? Tomorrow i will get her name.

Its july 04,2018 we went to costco to change our tire for our Van. It will takes 2 hours they said to finish. So, me and my husband went to dollarama to buy something. And went back to Costco.. The lady in front of the costco store said the we cannot bring the...No the OP wishes to punish other for her own inability to keep track of her purchases. Sweety get over it.
It happens. You want to punish the employees because YOU FORGOT YOUR BAG!!! Since they give you no bag check ticket they can only go by what they can remember. So someone could have walked up and taken your bag claiming it was theirs.
Which is why you would get a DIFFERENT bag. A mix up of the bags.
But don’t let a little thing like common sense responsibility and logic get in your way to PUNISH innocent people for YOUR failing memory. Punishing them won’t allow you to remember any better so the ONLY reason you can be doing it is you’re a spiteful twit with the very loose morals of a truck stop lot lizard.
The facts don’t lie, the average warehouse employees checking receipts find about 30-50 items daily missed by cashiers, or items double charged. Very insulting protecting their point of sale...
Axles? What did your axles have to do with tires? Costco doesn’t do auto repairs (but they do do tires)
I think this refund issue is resolved after hours upon hours of speaking to various people in the vast Costco maze of bureaucracy. What a nightmare!!!!I will never get involved with Costco again in what little time I have left on this earth....
I am not a Costco plant, but have been a Member since the early 1990's and have been to over one hundred locations, including both of those you mentioned. I have never had a problem, but see nasty "customers" all the time.
A bad attitude is a sure way to get what you want. NOT
I shopped at Costco today at New Rochelle ny location and was treated like a criminal because a candy bag was open and I took one from the bag, a tall heavy set black male was following me , he came to the register when I was checking out and made me paid for the entire package, what a shame on Costco.

Wow, this sounds like the worst customer experience ever! I am especially troubled by the lack of response by people representing LG.
I know that when you buy an expensive refrigerator, you expect it to last. You definitely do not expect to be without a refrigerator for so long. This is indeed troubling and I would like to help.
