I have an executive membership. So, I paid twice as much as the regular membership because I was supposed to get a rebate check in the mail.
However, a year later, my membership is expired and no rebate check. So I paid double for what? It's ridiculous. I'm not renewing my membership.
And I'm contacting better business bureau.
I don't take kindly to getting shafted.
