I posted a Negative listing over 6 months ago. COSTCO had a manager call me who tried to fix the problem. They came to within an 1/8 of a point of the original.
They don't get it! They acted like they were doing me a favor. Bottom line is I had to go through this process i.e. anguish of undergone this stressful ordeal and time to coordinate a plan of attack once the deal fell apart.
The product can be viable and the fees are great. You must be vigilant and put EVERYTHING in writing. That is what saved me.
