bought a washing machine on September 30 on October 1 called costumer service to exchange it for a similar but Energy Star and pay the difference.I was told I had to cancel and buy the Energy star washing machine after this will take 24 to 48 hrs to get the email cancelation.

I did not I called again then I was told that it takes 3 to 5 days. I wanted to buy the Energy Star washing machine before the sale was over. I called again few more times I was told that I will be getting the cancelation in 24hrs. Next call that afternoon never got it.

But I got a call for the deliver and also a costumer survey about my experience of the transaction I gave them low score.Finally I had to call my credit card again and dispute the charges up until now J have not receive the cancelation this was the worst experience I ever had.
