I've been a Costco customer for nearly 30 years. Last year they cut ties with American Express and now only accept Citi VISA.

We're supposed to get 2% back, but today Costco refused to accept the rebate coupon they sent me (sent me only after they sent me one marked "void" and after I called, twice, promised to email a coupon that never arrived. The manager basically told me to go away. I wasted an hour of m time I'll never get back. They owe me ~$900 they reneged on.

I have other options -- Sam's Club, you got a new member. You have to be *** to do business with Costco.

if its the american express check it expired on aug 31st 2016. they send them out in feb and give you plenty of time to cash it in. you are the *** who didn't cash it out in time


Not making sense to me. Was the coupon expired or just marked "void"? You did not really expect them to use a void coupon, right?
