I've been a Costco customer for nearly 30 years. Last year they cut ties with American Express and now only accept Citi VISA.
We're supposed to get 2% back, but today Costco refused to accept the rebate coupon they sent me (sent me only after they sent me one marked "void" and after I called, twice, promised to email a coupon that never arrived. The manager basically told me to go away. I wasted an hour of m time I'll never get back. They owe me ~$900 they reneged on.
I have other options -- Sam's Club, you got a new member. You have to be *** to do business with Costco.
