you can get a pc delivered in 2 days but try and get some help with it that's another story i waited on the telephone for 45 min and was told i would be better off if i left my name and telephone number and they would call us back well they did 4 hours later

Costco in Ocala, Florida - Bad Tech support
I have a brand new LG Gram laptop, very nice. The color was off after an update, the screen had a yellow/green color. The Tech was uninterested and after having me uninstall drivers and then system restore to a previous date, my laptop won't even start now!! When started it says it needs to shut down and keeps looping back around. I waited 37 on hold to get a tech then after he ruined it he wants to hurry up and get off phone. Will never call Coscto tech support for any reason.

Costco Customer Service in Cranberry PA allowed me to return the Samsung Television after hearing about the way I was treated by both the Costco Concierge and Pittsburgh's Finest HDTV repairman. Obviously, they have heard these complaints before.

So my Samsung 40" HDTV would not turn on, at the ripe age of 1year 2 months. Called Costco Concierge, was assigned a case number, and someone would be in touch. One week later, after no one "got in touch", I called and they informed me that parts need to be ordered.... Resolved

Costco’s Concierge service is an ad for Best Buy
Worst tech support experienced I have ever had. Over three hours, no solution. Finally they said they would send a box in two days so I can send the computer in. No assurance they will fix or replace. Just fire warnings of all the damage they might do and how they May not honor the warranty.

LOVE COSTCO - HATE THEIR CONCIERGE SERVICES
Have a warranty on my computer- 1 year and 6 months in- hard drive starts to click- computer then goes black. After hours and hours on the phone with Costco concierge services and 1 month later- NO SOLUTION They put me on hold to find out answer after answer on how they are supposed to help me. Told me it was a software problem (which by the way, despite having 2 different extended warranties, they would not cover) when the diagnostic testing I RAN BY MYSELF (Because they didn't know how to do ANY of that) confirmed it was a hardware problem. 1 Month Later- STILL NO SOLUTION, AND NO COMPUTER. Called them again today- to be told the wait time was 5-10 minutes, then after waiting 5 minutes, was told that it was over 10 minutes now...huh????? I love Costco but your concierge services SUCK. Never again will I WASTE my money on buying your warranty, because your only goal is NOT TO HONOR IT.

Out of no where laptop boots to blue screen. We back up file,reset..... Blah blah blah. Nothing works. So I wipe it start over figure drivers are bad with a update. Nothing.... Powers on boots Windows. Runs fine then I see gpu isn't showing up in device manager....
