Costco Cherry Picks the posted reviews of products on their site

I just posted a review on Costco's site (not nasty) about the poor quality of a shipped item and they removed the review immediately. I ordered a new printer as advertized by Costco and Costco shipped a used one just thrown in the box (must have been a returned printer) with no packing materials, dirty, ink cartridges already loaded and paper still in the tray, no warranty info. They obviously do not like being called out on such shabby treatment of a Costco member and of their shipping practices so they silenced the review by removing it so now other or existing or potential members are not made aware.

Costco in Yucca Valley, California - Horrible Tires

Tires from Costco don't last. They wear out before the warranty and even Costco doesn't care or help solve the issue. Had to pay to replace one bad tire, then had to replace the other 3 bad tires later anyway. With only half of their warranty period used up, Costco still would not prorate them, switch them out, or refund our money. Never again. One should buy real tires (Costco has these low quality tires made just for them) from a tire store that stands behind the tires they sell!

I hate to tell you but concierge services don't go around inspecting merchandise that you bought at a business. If you bought an extended warranty read the paper work for that, and see what it says.

Or else take the TV back to Costco and have them look at it. Another way to look at is how long have you had it?

I bought a new 55LED Samsung. Extended warranty too.

13 monts later, screen *** out. Tech didn'nt show up untill parts arrived (what they thought was wrong). 2 weeks later. They determine the screen was defective.

Worst part, no idea when it will be available.

Its backordered. Arrrgghh!
