I was getting a replacement car battery when the clerk goofed and charged me full price while it was still under warranty. The clerk couldn't reverse the charge and called the manager.
I was perplexed why the clerk didn't check the purchase date in the first place with my membership card and annoyed he couldn't remediate the situation. I really appreciated how manager Andrew handled the situation.
