Costco - Defective product
I purchased a vanity from the website. I had seen an example of a larger one in the store.
Product is poorly made and defective. One of the drawers will not close because of a defective track, and one of the doors is not flush and no adjustment helps. The paint is terrible and is easily scratched. I called to see if I could get a new tract fir the drawer at least diand was told no parts are available and there are no more units in inventory.
My option is to find something else, have the contractor come back, it took 5 months to get one, and take the unit out, replace it, and then I can get a refund from Cosco. So it is going to cost me more time, money, and headaches to get this fixed.
On top of that, the vanity was supposed to have a granite top. Nope.
User's recommendation: Dont buy any furniture there.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Costco Pros: Food items offered.
