Ordered Product (Osaki message chair) via COSTCO (ready to cancel membership) and had to schedule a delivery with CEVA. My window was 9am to 1pm.
I called at 11:45am because I noticed that my tracking still did NOT say "out for delivery" online. After waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone (Jacky), she says "Oh yes..you are scheduled for 9-1 and your item is out for delivery." NOW the website reflects "out for delivery" at 10:43. Keep in mind I checked every 15-30 minutes since 9:30am. And at 11:40 there was no update.......
Here it is 3:35pm, and I have not heard from the company. On the phone with COSTCO now, and she tells me I've been rescheduled for a 1pm-5pm delivery.
(I took off of work for this ISH!!) Start the RETURN process NOW! If I ever see another delivery by CEVA---I will cancel my order immediately.
