On July 21 I ordered and paid for delivery and install of an LG gas stove on Costco.com. Delivery was fine but install was non existent.

Had to call the installer on my own and pay an additional fee even though it was supposed to be included in the price. I could have purchased the stove by itself for $300 less at Costco, but I thought the convenience of install and old stove haul away was worth $300. Wasted several calls to Costco Customer (no)Service before finally just paying extra because my wife really likes the stove.

It is currently August 14 and the stove sits in the middle of my kitchen. Thanks a lot Costco.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I have never heard of installation by Costco.
