Ordered a tv . Went to the local warehouse and saw the same tv the next day for a lot less.

I purchased the one at the warehouse and called to cancel.

15 days have gone by, and still no refund. They say they only put a hold on the funds, that’s a lie.

Ordered 2 chairs online Nov. 5th with the potential for a 5 week delivery.

Received a call about delivery for Dec. 1st - they came and delivered 1 chair. Delivery guys had no idea about second chair. Called customer service immediately - advised second chair was shipped later -and I would receive it between Dec.

4th and 18th. Well today is Dec. 19th - no word. I have emailed still no response.

Called again today and after being told it would be a 10 minute wait - 30 plus minutes later didn't get an answer still waiting on a supervisor to call me back. My credit card was charged on Nov. 21st.

So they have had my money for almost a month and I don't have the product. Not acceptable.
