FOLSOM COSTCO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS EXTREMELY BAD. SELL EXPIRED MILE NO APOLOGY.

TALK WITH STORE MANAGER. DO NOT SEEM HE CARES. ORDER FOOD, GOT LINE CUT MANY TIMES. NO APOLOGY.

HOW COSTCO TRAINS EMPLOYEE. FOLSOM COSTCO IS GETTING WORSE. A LOT UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WORKING IN COSTCO IN FOLSOM. STORE MANAGER SEEMS NO EXPERIENCE AND UNEDUCATED PEOPLE TOO.

DO NOT SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS. IT IS NOT AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIKE FORTH WORLD COUNTRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. COSTCO JUST FOCUS ON STORE EXPANSION.

DO THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE? NOT SURE.

I NEVER SEE THIS IN AMERICAN IN THE PAST THIRTY YEARS. COSTCO IS THE WORST STORE IN AMERICAN.

lmao you keep on say uneducated and it seems that it is you that is uneducated. costco is the worst store in america not "american" also why should they appoligize to you about the mile "milk" when it was your *** that picked it out of the fridge without looking at the date on the jugs.

are you ordering the food at the food court?

The people "cutting" you probably paid for their stuff on the front registers and are going to the pre paid lines to pick the food up. But you are too *** to realize they have that.
