I purchased a Fitbit Charge 2 last August 6th for my birthday. This morning the band fall off.

After having a product for a year and a few days and then having it fail is so disappointing. I contacted Fitbit and their response was they would be glad to sell me a new band. I told them I was no longer going to purchase Fitbit products because I have purchased 4 fitbits and they are junk. I told them I have a watch that is 25 years old and has the original band.

They didn't care.

I believe the band should have been replaced. I know Costco backs up their products but they should also prompt suppliers to do the right thing.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Costco Pros: Store and employees are great.

Costco Cons: Poor quality like fitbits.
