Called and called. Finally when I was there I was told by 'customer service' when I want my phone answered to contact the 'administrative offices' on the phone choice and ask for the dept..
I did that and got "Jeff" that transferred me to automotive. Was hung up on at automotive and tried to call "Jeff" back, but no answer on my phone.
While my phone was still ringing (waiting for an answer from 'Jeff') I went to my wife's phone and called the same number. "Jeff" promptly answered the phone while mine was still ringing?!,,,really...
This location needs an overhaul, starting with the upper staff.
