I purchased a $250 leather bag from Costco.i used it for 2 years and the stitching on the straps started to become loose, and then it broke , I returned it without a receipt for a full refund. I also returned a freezer that started to rust after 10 years, and also received a FULL refund. Most recently, on Easter I purchased $57 worth of Lobster that was terrible, tough as leather, again without a receipt, full refund! 99% of products I buy from Costco are amazing and well priced.
I feel like I get what I pay for and never worry about trying something new because if I am dissatisfied, they will refund my money.
The only rule they have is that you dont abuse their policy by constantly asking for refunds, they m not sure how many in a year, but most stores have similar policies. I would also to mention that the Kirkland brand is fantastic across the board.
User's recommendation: Get the $100 membership and you get 2% cash back, so worth it. It pays for your membership over and over.
Costco Pros: Kirkland products.
Costco Cons: Not enough locations.
