Have a warranty on my computer- 1 year and 6 months in- hard drive starts to click- computer then goes black. After hours and hours on the phone with Costco concierge services and 1 month later- NO SOLUTION They put me on hold to find out answer after answer on how they are supposed to help me.

Told me it was a software problem (which by the way, despite having 2 different extended warranties, they would not cover) when the diagnostic testing I RAN BY MYSELF (Because they didn't know how to do ANY of that) confirmed it was a hardware problem. 1 Month Later- STILL NO SOLUTION, AND NO COMPUTER. Called them again today- to be told the wait time was 5-10 minutes, then after waiting 5 minutes, was told that it was over 10 minutes now...huh?????

I love Costco but your concierge services SUCK. Never again will I WASTE my money on buying your warranty, because your only goal is NOT TO HONOR IT.
