Would not allow a return of an expensive, defective, watch, due to age. What?
The written policy is 100% satisfaction! There is no mention of limits, except electronics! Bunch of BS! You CANNOT rely on this so called great warranty.
This watch was in for repair with Omega probably 12 times, and 3 times in the last 3 months. OK, another store I might expect them to say, "take it back to Omega", but this is exactly what Costco said! Talked to Pierre the manager, and despite being a loyal personal and business client for 20 + years this is the way I'm treated!
What about the return policy? There is no mention in the Costco warranty of limitation due to years!
It's false advertising: Costco makes money by having your believe they have a 100% no-questions return policy! I call BS!
