Dread shopping at Costco

Ever since you took much needed parking spots to put a gas station where it does not belong I have gone from shopping at Costco on a weekly basis to less than 5 times a year now. I do not buy tires , or propane there anymore as you are risking your life trying to get anywhere close because of the gas bar and the impatient *** who think they are getting a deal on gas and would just as well run you over if you are in their way as they race for a spot in line. I think the same mentality prevails in the store too as there is no order at all with the way people push the carts , cut you off, hold you up while they sample food etc. Costco Sucks !

I agree, staff are lazy and Costco treats all customers like thief's. Total nonsense to wait to leave the store after you paid for all your items. Also harassing a customer over a few grapefruits is ridiculous.

You have to be a member to shop at Costco. That's just like walking into 24 Hour Fitness and saying I'm going to work out under my dad's membership today. If you are spending over $1,000, surely you can afford a couple extra dollars for your very own membership

I have problem different from top foil separation. In the machine, hot water will not go through the pod causing the machine to stop.

Therefore no coffee.

Seems to be about one third of the pods are defective. This is Breakfast Blend.

Costco review in Toronto, Ontario: Order's delivery

Today I received an elliptical that I ordered from Costco. I was waiting almost 3 weeks for the delivery but it is not a problem. The problem is that the delivery company they contracted only delivers to the curb. 200 pounds package! I was alone at home and I am a petit woman. First the driver wanted to leave it just on the pass way in front of the house where people walk. After several calls to the delivery company and conversation with the driver, I have to push the box together with the guy toward our house and inside so it is not stolen or damaged on the street. Costco should advise me when I ordered that the product won't be delivered to my house, as all other companies do, so I probably will think twice if I order from them. Very disappointed.

Here is my beef , I seem always to pick the longs checkout line but that is not my beef, after waiting a period of time behind a new customer at Costco at checkout cashier ,here is where it gets inconsistent . I passed the persons who were slow after the cashier checkout There are two Costco employees one on each side checking your receipt I happen to be again in the slow line the people that were ahead of me again seem to get preference much more items in there buggy and again processed a lot quicker . What I recommend that this empolyee(women) get remedial traing.

I just received a call Costco broke my Baby phat eyeglass frames I had purchased there 4 years ago. They no longer handle that line of glass frames and said for me to come pick out some frames they have.

I had looked at there frames that could not compare to my Baby phat frames thus decided to have my new prescription put into my own frames.

It is hard for me to understand why an optical shop is unable to repair those frames and/ or be responsible for replacing them from the same manufacturer. Not happy about this situation.

Misrepresentation about amex 2% back /costco executive card

my business partner went to the trouble and expense of getting a new costco card with the intent of using my amex to achieve the 2% back. when we went to the outlet to get me a card, we were told that my partners wife, the credit card holder had to authorize but that i had to go to amex and get the appropriate card that would allow the rebate on gas. my partner and i have exceed $3,000 and will do so again. however costco will now refund the $110.00 that my partner and his wife was charged to get the card that was represented as the 2% rebate. Costco should now institute a new executive business card in our company name and the appropriate Amex card (this was verified with AMerican Express and it is noted on my account).
