Worst nightmare come true! Bought a Fridge from CostCo because of the "deal" around Memorial day. Almost 4 weeks later - no fridge in the house. We are living out of an igloo ice-box. All thanks to Costco and there 3rd world grade delivery agent - Innovel.
So many calls, emails, chats to make sure after an almost 4 week wait our new fridge would finally arrive. No ways! Was given a 2-hr window - 2:30-4:30. No one shows up, calls or emails of anything. At 5:00 we receive a call that they are running an hour late, and the Refrigerator would be here by 6:00p.m. Nope! Try calling them at 6:30p.m. and get a message that is ridiculous - says that their Mon-Fri timings are until 8:30p.m., but yet I am taken to a recording that says "Sorry you reached us after business hours". How is 7:00p.m. passed 8:30p.m.?!
So, we are now with our food in an icebox, old fridge all ready to be hauled away on the deck, and cursing ever buying from Costco.
Please, anyone reading this, please do not get sucked into the $20-$40 savings by ordering an appliance from Costco - it will cost you way, wayyy more in terms of stress. Shame on the swines that did this to us.
