Most times that I shop at Costco, I cannot get the products that I want because they are either out of them, or they are moved to a different location, but mostly because they no longer carry that product. I'm fortunate to find the products that I want about 20% of the time.

This is not acceptable. I probably won't renew my membership along with several friends who are experiencing the same thing.

However, I would reconsider if there's a reasonable explantion or

if this problem can be resolved. vks@***.ca

I have experienced the same problem and have spoken several times to management staff about it, with no luck. In addition, the store's layout and lighting have changed, making it look just as depressing as Sam's Club.

Finally, I cannot bring myself to use their Citibank VISA card, since Citibank was one of the worst credit card contributors to the economic downfall of 2008.

For these reasons, I will be cancelling my Costco membership. It's already costing me more than I get back in rewards points.
