My Mom bought a set of hearing aid from Costco March of 2014.
She often has them serviced at the local Costco for upgrade in program and general up keep, with no problems.
In the last 2 months she has been having problem with the hearing aid.
The "nice" folks at Costco suddenly tuned not so nice, after 10 visits, they talked down to Mom, and told her she has to go to the Costco where she purchased the system about 15 miles from home. Mom went there last week, the system was updated, the associate told Mom that this could have been done at the Costco next to our home, it does not need to be at a specific location. All is fine until Friday 8/21/15, again the hearing aid is making a whistling sound that at this point Mom has to remove it!
I'm asking for your help, I don't believe the folks at Costco are capable of fixing the problem, or are actually harming the hearing aid with upgrades that are not needed?? At this point not sure if the system is defective ?? but looking for away to resolve this issue.
