The worker was disrespectful, yelled at us, then called the supervisor to back her up for shopping. There was a lack of professionalism; she talked to us as if we were doing something wrong, and the supervisor came with accusations.

Verified Reviewer- Costco order for appliances and mattresses; total $9,758.70.
- Delivery by Dec 13, 2025 not met; first delivery dented; replacements pending.
It has only gotten worse. I have no idea when the remaining appliances and mattresses will be delivered in spite of being on the phone with Costco customer service for several minutes.
Everything was to be delivered by December 13, 2025. It is now December 15, 2025 and so far nothing has been completely delivered and to make matter worse, I don't even have a firm delivery date.
The first delivery consisted of the refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Two delivery men, who both reeked of pot smoke, showed up to install the appliances. The first appliance they brought in was the refrigerator, I told the man operating the appliance dolly to be careful not to hit the overhead door frame.
He hit it anyway and never even said he was sorry. The White Glove Delivery in this case consisted of only attaching the water line and plugging the refrigerator into the electrical outlet. None of the packing materials were removed, no shelved inserted, etc as described in the White Glove Delivery information. In the meantime, they unboxed the washer and dryer and found that both were dented.
Costco Logistics offered a discount but I refused. They loaded up the dented appliances away and left. Costco send an email informing me that the replacement would be delivered on Tuesday, December 16, then texted me that I needed to schedule the deliver that had already been scheduled. This was due to Costco's mistake.
Costco has yet to confirm when the appliances will be delivered.
The two Tempur-Pedic mattresses were to be delivered on Saturday, December 13, 2025. I received a call at 6:00 PM informing me that they would not be delivered that day. The Logistics Manager told me he would call me on Sunday, December 14 to let me know what time to expect delivery on Monday. He never called.
I called him Monday, December 15 and he still could not tell me when the mattresses and frames would be delivered. It is 6:35 PM on December 15 and I have yet to receive any notification as to if and when they will be delivered.

On May 5th, I was at the gas tank filling up my car. I threw a few things away while waiting.
After the pump kicked off, I threw something else away in another trash can. When I got in my car, I couldn't find my Citi Bank visa card. I looked everywhere in my car and then got out and proceeded to dig through the trash. [PERSON_NAME], one of the employees working at the pumps asked me what was wrong.
I told him I couldn't find my visa card, and I think I threw it away. I'm just not sure which can I threw it in. He had me pull my car out of line and park it in a regular spot so the pump line was opened. [PERSON_NAME] proceeded to look through the trash can.
He put on gloves and pulled the bag out. No card. He went to the other can and did the same. When we had just about given up, he saw the card in the bottom of the bag.
[PERSON_NAME] pulled it out and cleaned it off for me. I could not believe someone would go to that much work to help me.
He is truly an outstanding employee. I want everyone to know what a great person he is and a valuable employee.

I have placed an order for a refrigerator. Order #128805****. Samsung 32 cu. ft. Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Dual Auto Ice Maker Item 174****. My door is 30.5' wide. I found the item has a width of 29.5' when the door is removed.
So my question is, will your delivery team detach the door, deliver it inside my room, and assemble the door and handles back? Please confirm the same.

Costco basically sells 3 heath destroying things when it comes to food - Salt, Sugar and Chemicals not to mention mold especially on dried fruit, nuts, cheese and coffee. Im especially disgusted by the fact that they sell a non synthetic organic multi vitamin with the deceptive words organic maltodextrin on the label.
Buy ingredients not brands! Costco is nothing but a seductive contradiction attempting to disguise garbage for food not fit for consumption. Look up the Dangers of Organic Maltodextrin on the internet and decide for yourself how truly beneficial this supplement is considering the damage it does in return.
Ive not only had to return boxes of food over the years but have had to file complaints with iwaspoisoned.com for horrific amounts of mold on dried fruit and their mozzarella cheese for example. There is no longer any benefit to patronize this store, cancelled my membership and moved on to healthier markets that take public health safety seriously and dont treat their customers like the enemy because this company is definitely at war with its customers otherwise it would not scan their membership cars upon entry and stand over your head like a vulture when your check out to see if everyone BOUGHT/possesses their garbage membership card.

They could certainly correspond in a different way to each customer! I bought two appliances that were going to be delivered on different days. They got it sorted out and Im very happy with the outcome.

Costco won't accept my debit card if I order online, because it is a Discover card. However, I can use it shopping in the physical store. Can't figure this one out!
