Costco - Really bad customer experience regarding mahor appliance purchase
I just purchased a new refrigerator back in August 2018, took a month to get it. After 3 months of using, the compressor completely failed, leaving freezer and cooler not working right before Christmas day, a lot of food spoiled. After a month struggling with Concierge and Samsung warranty, it goes nowhere. They said the exchange got cancelled somehow, not by me. I would not recommend buying any major appliances from Costco. Really frustrated and bad experience!
Costco Cancelled THREE Orders
My son ordered a laptop for me for Christmas to be shipped to me while visiting my daughter in Utah. Costco cancelled order. We assumed it was a fluke and he placed the order again. Once again it was cancelled. My son contacted Costco customer service and they told him that the orders were cancelled because "they could not verify that I resided at that address." Okay, so he places the order (again) and requests that it be sent to my daughter and, again, it was cancelled. At this rate, it will be a Mother's Day gift. How can such a well established company continue to make the same mistakes!?
THE GOVERMENT SHOULD START SHOPPING AT COSTCO
Why doesnthe governemnt stop *** away the tax payers hard earned money and start buying their hammers and toilet seats and screws from Costco instead. Costco - Great company
I've dealt with Costco for over 15 years. I've returned items, I've brought back items spoiled. Never has a customer service worker being rude. I've always been helped in a satisfactory and pleasant manner. I really like Costco and would recommend them to everyone.
Costco's "Spirit of Returns"
Have you ever heard of the Costco's "Spirit of Returns?" The "Spirit of Returns" means that you will NOT be able to return products you bought from Costco, if Costco stores do not want to take them back. It is something extra beside of the Costco's "Return Policy."

Costco - Scam — Pillow not king size
I bought 2 of these king sized. I have owned a king size bed for over 30 years and therefore have purchased many king size pillows. The 2 pillows have king size labels but were definitely not king size. They are not even a good size queen pair.
Costco - Cell phone warinty
bought a cell phone with the Costco warinty the only thing I get are phone that seems to work but as soon as I use it its go dead all this company wants is your visa card number all I am asking for is a working phone they do not return phone calls this is not a good company they even told me if I pay more they will do more checks on the phone that they want to send me
