Costco review in Clifton, New Jersey: Bad service at tire center

I bought 4 tires at the Costco at Clifton NJ. The lady helped me told me that I don’t need to wait in line next time I came back for the tire rotations. I just need to come to the counter and it only takes couple of minutes. I came here today for the tires rotation. The lady at the counter treated me like a trash. Yelled at me and told me that no one here ever told anyone that no need stay in line for tires rotation. I tried to explain to her that I had no problems staying in line. But she didn’t listen and kept yelling at me and not listening.

This is illogical. The unit was paid for "Online" ...did the person use a credit card for the order? Seems so, and if so the card company needs to file/start a dispute immediately.

Brand new Samsung washer does not work. Never been used. Need to have at least 3 repairs carried out before it will be replaced. Expensive product. Terrible customer service. Wait times to speak to anyone us around 1 hours save your money. Buy local if you can. At least you will have someone to talk to.

The microwave was broken after 3 times out with the same broken microwave they said they will take care of its was on the phone today for 1 hour 3 minutes 35 seconds put on hold 6 times for 4 to 7 minutes my wife has taken 4 days off work Costco never even called today to cancel the appointment today set for 10 to 12 this morning having had to miss a doctor appointment this is the worst service I’ve ever seen form any business

Comparing various prices in the field of groceries about 90% of them are overpriced compared to prize on Amazon, or Aldi. Some differences go up to 20% In addition should you lost to forget you Costco card, you are treated like a criminal as no cashier will check you out until you go to the customer desk and present your identification, wether you pay cash or cards. They just don’t even start check out and are rude to you. So much for PR from Costco. I don’t know of any store treating you like that.

Bought a membership for Costco for my agency and was very excited about being able to order online. Tried to place 2 orders and orders were cancelled both times with no explanation as to why. After spending what seemed an eternity on the phone with a Customer Service Representative (who was very pleasant) and being asked many seemingly irrelevant questions, I was going to be transferred to the Membership Department. At that point I was disconnected. Trying to callback twice resulted in being told there would be a 22 minute wait. I did finally get through today after 25 minutes on hold to cancel my membership. The young man that helped me was very polite and courteous. The Customer Service Representatives I spoke to are my only good experience I had with Costco.

Contacter customer service for assistance with the credit not received within timeframe and not wanting to lose out on large on sell purchase i was planing to make. They talk in circles and do not provide helpful informtation. Different customer service agents provide different information and level of service. Regretting my decision to get this card.
