Poor customer service
Lady named Robin treated me like a common criminal on trial today at the Shelby Twp, Mi store bc we bought a gaming computer 11 months ago and it broke. The manufacturer had to install a new cpu and I wanted to be reimbursed what I had to pay the UPS store to ship it to manufacturer $233.00 smh.
The lady pulled up my account and started questioning me about previous purchase & returns and then accused me of abusing their return policy and then went as far as to say Does your son keep breaking the computers. She got so personal with me making accusations on me and my adult son which no mother wants anyone digging out their kid. So as Ive been hearing everyone saying how Costco is changing, they sure are bc Ive been a loyal Costco customer with an executive membership and she had me so upset I cried as soon as I got back to my car. She also said she was going to put notes on my account so that we cant return this computer which cost $3,000.00 and I buy stuff like this bc of Costcos wonderful return policy.
The cpu broke among other things. I followed their process to get it fixed so Im not sure why she felt the need to go to that level and not only was I crying it upset my family when I told them. I have struggled with memory so her quizzing me on past purchases was embarrassing and it upsets me when I cant remember stuff. Thanks Robin you were successful if upsetting me and having me in tears was your goal and scolding me like a common criminal.
Why dont you look at the amount of money Ive spent there and I pay for the executive level membership.
Well Im done with Costco after decades of being a member theyve crossed the line. I have to worry more about my mental health then be made to feel like some sort of theif after I spend $3grand on a computer and after only 11 months it breaks.

New child proof packaging for kirkland hearing aides batteries.
Packaging recently changed to accommodate requirements for child proofing. No instructions came with the new packaging.
I spent an incredible amount of time figuring it out. No recognition that seniors are the most common users of hearing aides. Seniors have problems with vision, hand/finger strength and dexterity. I finally went to YouTube and found a video that made it more simple, but still difficult.
During this long process, I seriously thought of not using my HA anymore...way too difficult to do this and so very frustrating. Something different needs to be figured out.

Resolved: Tire Installation Complaint
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Auto part and function damaged during tire installation required replacement and service. Full cost of service and replacement was tendered.
Customer Service Rep took my claim and provided me with a claim number and advised I will be contacted in 2-3 days

I bought a GE kitchen hood range, and during the time of purchase, installation was included, which is listed in the order details. Costco is not fulfilling what was promised at the time of purchase.
This has caused so many problems. Costco's customer service keeps saying installation is not included, which is incorrect because the order details listed that there would be a second appointment for installation and haul away.

Satanic Workers
Costco in Palm Desert, CA, has the meanest people ever. A Hispanic worker with glasses named Rovantos is rude towards customers, and a white woman named Rose is extremely rude towards customers.
They are sent by Satan. A Hispanic guy in a black shirt and black cap is mocking customers.

Sweet heat trail mix
I'm writing in reference to one of your products. SWEET HEAT TRAIL MIX.
Why do you have such a awesome product then STOP with it. I haved experienced this a few of your products. But this one hurts. It was out for sample one day I was in there i tried it and fell in love with it.
Went and bought another bag the next day.
The next time I went to get more there was none. Please bring this BACK.

I went to Costco with my mother , i go to the register to check out & Alice g called me chunby & didnt apologize i am currently 30 weeks pregnant so of course i felt some type of way i told her it was rude and she still didnt apologize for that comment. I dont appreciate it as i am struggling with my mental state due to gaining weight i corporate could talk to her and inform her those comments should be kept to herself.
I got in line handed her my Costco card and she asked whos account it was under so i explained it was my moms and she seemed confused so i explained Im the second member on her account, i offered my ID to her and she still seemed a little confused but everything had matched up and i had just took the photo so I asked her why that if she believed that wasnt me and she said yes you look chubby which was really rude and i took offense to it, I explained how she was fat shaming & that was rude she was quiet so I also mentioned I was pregnant and she tried saying congratulations but I was already pissed since she didnt apologize.

I had a problem with my email address. I used my skill to remedy the issue without success.
The representative was able to transfer me to someone who could very easily help me. The specialist removed my old email address, replace it with a new one, and guided me to the right screen to make my purchase.

In the end I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service
Costco then reported my purchases to the police, ensuring that it's now on a police report accessible to anyone. Melissa Osgood claimed to the cops that I was verbally abusing her at the Roseville Michigan store. However, the video recording does not show any verbal abuse. I was only trespassed for refusing to sign a form.
Melissa Osgood had me trespassed for this refusal. They also denied my tire warranty service after I got a screw in my tire. Omar Nezami, a guy who boasts about being able to afford a Mercedes thanks to his salary, offered me $200. It's interesting that they pay him so well but only offer me a small amount of compensation after using the cops against me.
I can't help but wonder if they told the police I was a Hispanic causing a disturbance in an attempt to get a quicker response.
It's strange to have 6 cops arrive so quickly. If you buy gold here, beware, as they reported to two government agencies that I did.
