On, Saturday 11 March, COSTCO denied, and specifically the COSTCO Manager (MR Hulises) at 15915 Pembroke Pines FL 33027 , denied my husband,( a disabled military veteran) access to the COSTCO Building and Business located at 15915 Pembroke Pines FL33027. This COSTCO business manager failed to properly accommodate and serve him as a customer based on his PTSD disability which requires Service Dog companionship.
This COSTCO Manager rudely denied him access, and questioned his disability in front of customers. He humiliated him by asking questions about his disability and commented that he didn’t look disabled. This manager even inhumanely suggested we lock our service dog in the car outside the COSTCO Center in +85 degree Fahrenheit heat. I am insisting that the superior management to this COSTCO Manager take appropriately action in correcting this inappropriate discriminating behavior.
I also suggest that as a minimum, an element of the corrective process should be a formal and perhaps public apology. I am a long time member of Costco am seriously thinking about terminating my membership.
Product or Service Mentioned: Costco Manager.
