I wish I never took advantage of a black friday appliance deal with Costco.I bout 4 appliances and the refrigerator was the ONLY one what was not working.

I was told I have to wait 8 WEEKS for a new one. They took my old one. Every time I call I have to wait 64-78 minutes on hold. Go to Lowes or Home Depot.

This was a bad bad bad experience. Costco does some things well. THIS is NOT one of them. Run and run fast.

This has been nothing but a long drawn out nightmare.

I would not recommend this option to buy appliances.When something goes wrong, you have no options but to wait.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: I want what I paid for weeks ago. A WORKING refrigerator.

I didn't like: Suffering and hardship.
