The benefits of paying for the Executive member card at Costco should be held with high standards. Unfortunately, the training the customer service team for travel services receives does not meet those standards.

I was disconnected 5 times from the automated service every time I selected a destination travel. I finally get a live person on the line and they say they can't help me with booking my travel. The lady did not even try to help in any way.

This experience is very upsetting. Do not way the extra money for the Executive member card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
