I have complained to both Costco and Wireless Advocates that my cell phone is now on sale for $100 less that what I paid for it. Both Costco and Wireless Advocates have a 90-day return policy and I am just a little bit over 30 days after purchase.

I have emailed and then finally called both Costco and Wireless Advocates. Costco’s management supposedly worked with Wireless Advocates management to attempt to remedy the situation. Still I never did hear anything back from Wireless Advocates and then Costco said they are going to say the price-match is 30 days.

If the return policy is 90 days then why can’t I return it and then repurchase it? I have gotten nothing but the run around from both Costco's management and Wireless Advocates management Buyer beware of purchasing cell phones from Costco's partner!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service, Cashier and immediate supervisor, Mistakes not fixed.
