I have complained to both Costco and Wireless Advocates that my cell phone is now on sale for $100 less that what I paid for it.Both Costco and Wireless Advocates have a 90-day return policy and I am just a little bit over 30 days after purchase.

I have emailed and then finally called both Costco and Wireless Advocates. Costco’s management supposedly worked with Wireless Advocates management to attempt to remedy the situation. Still I never did hear anything back from Wireless Advocates and then Costco said they are going to say the price-match is 30 days.

If the return policy is 90 days then why can’t I return it and then repurchase it?I have gotten nothing but the run around from both Costco's management and Wireless Advocates management Buyer beware of purchasing cell phones from Costco's partner!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Cashier and immediate supervisor, Mistakes not fixed.
